A year has passed since the season two finale of Mythic Quest first aired on Apple TV+. Since then, Season 3 has been eagerly anticipated. It has been confirmed that the debut date for the third season of the office comedy is November 11. When Apple TV+ originally debuted, one of the first shows available was Mythic Quest. Everyone from the firm’s founders to its programmers to its monetization team to its play-testers is included in this workplace comedy based at a video game studio. Rob McElhenney, Charlotte Nicdao, Danny Pudi, David Hornsby, Ashly Burch, Imani Hakim, and Jessie Ennis are featured in the film.
At the end of Season 2, both Ian Grimm (played by McElhenney) and Poppy Li (played by Nicdao), the company’s founder and creative director, left to start their own businesses.
Season 3 picks off with Ian and Poppy having created their own studio together and learning how to handle their new collaboration. Hornsby’s David will be thrust into leadership of Mythic Quest, while Pudi’s Brad will try to reintegrate into society after being jailed for insider trading. McElhenney co-created Mythic Quest with Charlie Day and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia writer Megan Ganz. Through their company RCG, McElhenney and Day are executive producers of the show. In addition to Hornsby and Ganz, Mythic Quest’s executive producers also include 3Arts’ Michael Rotenberg and Nicholas Frenkel, Ubisoft Film and Television’s Jason Altman, Danielle Kreinik, and GĂ©rard Guillemot, and Kreinik and Guillemot. The first 2 episodes of Season 3 of Mythic Quest will air on November 11, with further episodes airing weekly.
Synopsis
In season three, Dana is caught in the middle of her bosses’ constant fighting as Ian and Poppy learn the ins and outs of the gaming industry and their collaboration at GrimPop Studios. When we last left David and Mythic Quest, he was settling into his new role as boss and discovering for the first time what it’s like to be in charge. Jo had returned as his assistant, and she was more loyal and militant than ever.
Carol, meanwhile, was trying to find her place in the company in light of her recent promotion. Rachel faces an uphill battle at Berkeley between her principles and the demands of the free market, while a post-incarceration Brad attempts to make a fresh start in society.
