From the sounds of things, Asta’s training will start up for real in the next few issues as well. A healer from Hino Country is only one of the new characters introduced to readers in Black Clover Chapter 339, who may play a larger part in the tale in the future. Despite this, these supposed previews for the next issue of Yuki Tabata’s hit manga series have returned with a bang.

Initial spoilers for Black Clover Chapter 339 suggest that the issue will pick up after Ichika has defeated the bandits. Asta, Ichika, and Ryuya stand in the wake of the battle, with onlookers remarking that Asta is a foreigner due to his hair colour. Spoilers indicate Liebe emerges later in the scenario, bearing the same scar on his breast as Asta. Asta is relieved to hear that his partner is doing well, and he admits that he felt lonely without Liebe. This is an emotion Liebe shares.
Fumito Mikuriya, the “recovery (healing) genius” who restored Liebe to full health, is introduced in Black Clover Chapter 339. Then, Asta asks Ryuya how he can go back to the Clover Kingdom, causing the shogun to stress that he and Ryuya are now not in a position to defeat Lucius. The young Magic Knight starts to lose his mind because he failed to protect Sister Lily and can’t help her now. After hearing this, Ichika slaps Asta and tells him she doesn’t care if he dies, adding that the only reason he and Liebe are still alive is that Ryuya and Mikuriya intervened.
After failing to save Sister Lily, Asta begins his training with serious reservations about his own strength. By the chapter’s close, though, he’s regaining his composure, thanking Ichika for her support and requesting her assistance while stressing that he’s still capable of great things. Spoilers for Chapter 339 of Black Clover state that Asta uses Anti-Magic to wither a bamboo plant growing on “youroku,” which is supposedly a component of the Sorcery power grid. To everyone’s astonishment, including Ichika’s, he’s able to achieve it.
The series’ main leaker, @nite baron, has stressed that there will be discussion about Ki, youryoku, and Anti-Magic during the training sequences.
The fact that these passages are mentioned suggests that Asta maybe incorporated a new fighting style into his arsenal, albeit no translation of these passages is available as of the writing of this article. Since Black Clover Chapter 339 has not been officially released as of yet, all of this is conjecture. While @nite baron has a stellar reputation, fans shouldn’t place too much stock in spoilers unless they’re confirmed by official sources.
