After the Season 3 opener threw fans back into the world of See with a bang, we can now present an exclusive teaser from the upcoming second episode, in which Baba Voss (Jason Momoa) is hit with a familial bombshell. The Trivantians’ quest to build an explosive new weapon that could smash towns and armies in a second has returned to his world along with peril and fear. When he returns home quickly to alert his loved ones, he finds that there is now one more person to worry about in the mayhem. The second episode, titled “Watch Out for the Wolves,” premieres on Friday, September 2, and depicts Maghra (Hera Hilmar) making a decision on the destiny of the Witchfinders under her reign as Wren prepares an escape.
The new preview, however, reveals Baba’s return to Pennsa and Maghra’s reunion, as well as his first meeting with infant Wolffe. In the years since Baba abandoned his family for the wilderness, much has happened, and he is now confronted with the tragic reality of his grandchild’s parentage. It was a lot of information for Baba to process when he learned that the kid was Kofun’s (Archie Madekwe) and that the mother was none other than Sibith (Sylvia Hoeks). Infuriated, Baba demands to know where Paris (Alfre Woodard) is, but the ominous score and Maghra’s hushed responses hint that he is going to learn the hard way what Sibith did to her at the close of the previous season.
Now, Baba must weigh the imminent threat against the familial turmoil that has rocked him to his very core. See The post-apocalyptic drama concludes with Season 3, and the show has steadily improved since its debut in 2019. This last adventure takes place 256 days after the Battle of Greenhill Gap, where Baba killed his brother and rival Edo Voss, and the peace between the Trivantians and Payans was briefly shattered when the Trivantians unleashed their new, incredibly devastating weapon on the planet.
After the dramatic events of the Season 2 finale, Season 3 will be challenging for the Voss family as Maghra adjusts to her new role as queen after deposing Sibith and Kofun fights to accept his duty as a father to his disgraced aunt’s kid. Throughout it all, Baba is coaxed back into the fray for the final time. Season 3 has an impressive ensemble cast, including series regulars Christian Camargo, Nesta Cooper, Tom Mison, Olivia Cheng, Eden Epstein, Michael Raymond-James, David Hewlett, and Trieste Kelly Dunn, as well as newcomers Momoa, Hilmar, Madekwe, and Hoeks. After working as a writer on The Adam Project, Jonathan Tropper is back as the program’s showrunner; he also serves as an executive producer on the show alongside Steven Knight, Francis Lawrence, Peter Chernin, Jenno Topping, Jim Rowe, Jennifer Yale, and Anders Engström.
On September 2, Season 3 will continue.
