Shigiraki/AFO vs. Star and Stripe was a tense fight that had viewers on the tip of their seats. My Hero Academia chapter 332, “State-of-the-Art Hypersonic Intercontinental Cruise,” has finally been released!
The chapter 331 summary is here.
Let’s take a moment to review the events of the last chapter, America, before we get started. After Shigiraki’s massive explosion in chapter 330, the storey continues in chapter 331 with him questioning his own identity.
Having grown his hair out, Shigiraki tells the American hero that he knows exactly how she feels about her oddity.
Despite the fact that it is the most potent quirk, there are obviously limits to its strength. With no other option, Star instructs her crew to contact Commander Ackbar. That Shigaraki is no longer an enemy of Japan, but rather a worldwide menace, must be conveyed to her pilots. As a result of this, America’s greatest hero is able to increase the density of the air surrounding her by a factor of 100. Star and Stripe has stepped up her game with the help of a massive invisible replica of herself.
As Shigaraki’s Giga form takes effect, she punches Shigaraki, sending him flying back. In the end, he was pinned down by lasers after he was gravely injured. Commander Ackbar then tells her that she must become the greatest All Might, Star and Stripes hero. With each passing TIAMAT missile.
Spoilers for Chapter 332
Now that we’ve all caught up, it’s time to check out the spoilers for chapter 332. Some raws for the future chapter have already been released, thus you’ve been warned about spoilers below. This chapter appears to pick up immediately where the last one left off. With the TIAMAT rockets on their way, our villain is about to be wiped out.
Star and Stripe appears ready to unleash the missiles, but first she must complete her command on the lasers, according to what we can gather. As a compromise, she has assigned one of her pilots the task of keeping an eye on Shigaraki so she may change instructions without disturbing him.
Even though her plan is foiled, Shigaraki is hit with a barrage of TIAMAT rockets that she has taken control of. All of the pilots wait anxiously after the last of the explosives have gone off, not knowing if he was hit or not. A brief glimpse of Endeavour can be seen as he stands and watches. We have a quick flashback of Star and Stripe with all of her pilots before we witness the conclusion of this. While sitting and laughing together, they appear to be in some sort of lounge area.
While her pals are giggling, Star and Stripe even appears to crack a faint smile of her own. Shigaraki, on the other hand, is still alive and well. A tiny pocket was created for him to sit in by decaying the ocean floor against which he was stuck. He can breathe normally now, too, thanks to the laser’s evaporation of the water in his lungs.
In that little tunnel, the missiles didn’t have much of an impact on him. However, he did lose all of his skin as a result. As he throws himself and Star and Stripe, we get to witness all of his skin grow back. Star is getting ready to slam Shigaraki to the ground with her x100 form hands in the hopes of killing the weakling. Because her jet cannot absorb the impact, she will have to kill one of her pilots in order to survive.
Shigaraki is able to get to her in time and seize her face because of her hesitance. Making the first move. Aizawa could have saved the day had he been able to steal her quirk. However, it is where this chapter ends.
