Black Clover chapter 353 gave readers their first look at what happened following the defeat of the five-headed dragon. Then Ichika Yami said she was sorry for the harsh comments she had directed at her sibling. By doing so, viewers might see the beginning of a genuine friendship between Asta and Ichika. Shogun Ryudo Ryuya, in the previous chapter, revealed his Tengentsu and used it to educate his Ryuzen Seven on how to help Asta fight the five-headed monster. Once Ryuzen Seven successfully aligned the five heads, Asta slashed them with his anti-magic zetten.
In chapter 353 of Black Clover, Ichika apologises to Asta.
The five-headed dragon’s influence had always generated hazy skies above the Land of the Sun, but as the beginning of Black Clover chapter 353: Feast in Full Swing demonstrated, the skies had begun to clear. Once Asta vanquished the monster, the clouds parted, and Ryuya expressed his appreciation. The blonde protagonist then looked at Heath’s body and recalled that he was meant to be dead. At this point, Ryuya brought up what Sister Lily had told to Asta concerning Lucius’ abilities. If Lucius can bring back the dead with partial strength, there’s a significant probability he can do the same with Grand Magic Knight-level power.
But, the Black Bulls had already left and there was no way for Asta to return to the Clover Kingdom. Hence, until the Day of Judgment came, he had to trust in them and get well. With the help of Ryuzen Seven and Asta, the five-headed dragon was finally defeated, and as part of the healing process, Ryuya organised a party to celebrate. At the gathering, Ichika asked Ryuya whether she was guilty of the Yami clan murders. Despite Yami Sukehiro’s denial, Asta accepted her apology for the abuse she had suffered at the hands of the former. The blonde main character was confident that there had been some sort of mistake and was relieved to hear that Ichika shared her view.
Eventually, Asta learned from Komari the meaning of the Ochaami doll. The doll was inspired by legends of a time when the Kingdom of the Sun had a famine and the Goddess of Food saved the day. Along the way, Yosuga requested that Asta introduce him to a formidable female Flame Yojutsu user from Clover Kingdom. Asta was reminded of Mereoleona by the description, but he wasn’t sure if he should introduce them. At a later time, after Asta had become drunk, Daizaemon drove him to hot springs to recover. It was while the former was swimming that he saw Ichika soaking in the tub. Suddenly sober, he was convinced he was about to take a beating and prepared himself accordingly. Ichika, however, felt ashamed and hid her face.
When Asta fled, Daizaemon knew it was time for the women to shine. Asta apologised to Ichika the following morning, before threatening him with the news that he would be held accountable if he did not. Finally, Yosuga offered Asta several training sessions with Ryuzen Seven. Asta’s decision at the end of chapter 353 to train with Ryuzen Seven sets up the possibility that the Black Bulls, who are tasked with tracking down the protagonist before Judgment Day, will be the main focus of the following chapter. Only three days remain, which isn’t a lot of time.
