On Tuesday, January 24, 2023, the entire description of One Piece Chapter 1073 was revealed, revealing an extremely interesting next issue. The chapter is only 15 pages long, yet it’s packed with useful information. Not only does it surprise the audience, but it also provides knowledge they didn’t know. Unfortunately, next week’s One Piece will not have a new chapter, as revealed in Chapter 1073. The news is obviously depressing, but at least author and artist Eiichiro Oda is giving readers and viewers enough to think about during the series’ week break. In Chapter 1073 of One Piece, the story moves away from Bonney and Dr Vegapunk and toward several lengthy setups and exposition dumps.
Miss Buckingham Stussy, the official title of One Piece Chapter 1073, opens with yet another cover story for the MADS illegal science organisation. Caesar Clown, Vinsmoke Judge, and Queen stare down their noses at Dr Vegapunk as he makes peaceful innovations (such as a tank that sprays flowers) in this cover art. Next, Lucci launches an assault on Stussy in this issue. Stussy defends himself with a “Kami-e” (Paper Art) method known as “Remaining Body,” but he fails to hit the target since he is assaulting a phantom. By rubbing a lipstick bottle with a Sea Prism Stone on Lucci’s body while he is distracted by the illusion, Stussy is able to weaken him. To make Lucci sleep like Kaku, Stussy bites him.
Finally, the spoilers for One Piece Chapter 1073 reveal that Stussy is the one Dr Vegapunk talked with and that he never intended for her to join CP0. Stussy is proven to be on the same level as Lucci, confirming that while being an ally, she is powerless against the Seraphim. Thus, Vegapunks Lilith and Edison emerge from the Lab Stratum structure. Before Lilith gives the command to stop, S-Hawk tries to strike, but Zoro stops it and they get into a fight. S-Hawk appears to be taken aback by Zoro’s might.
Then, Edison is attacked by S-Shark, but Sanji comes to his rescue, and he is able to issue the command that compels all Seraphim to cease their attacks. In the wake of Dr Vegapunk and Bonney’s disappearance, Luffy and Chopper spend the majority of Chapter 1073 of One Piece searching the Lab Stratum for the man himself. Spoilers for the complete summary indicate that neither the duo nor the readers will see anything of note in the issue and that as a result, the action will shift to Sphinx Island. While Marco was lending a hand in Wano, Marines showed up on Sphinx Island. While the community was in danger, Edward Weevil and Miss Bakkin came to the rescue just in time. Weevil’s capture by Ryokugyu was an unavoidable price to pay. At the moment, Marco is with Miss Bakkin, who has asked him to return her son and return Whitebeard’s loot.
He begins to speak to her in Chapter 1073 of One Piece, thanking her for saving hamlet and presumably explaining why he can’t give her Whitebeard’s riches. Bakkin interrupts him, suggesting that Marco may verify her son’s ancestry with Dr Vegapunk if he has any questions. This almost certainly proves that Bakkin is the original Miss Buckingham Stussy and strongly implies that Weevil is a clone of Whitebeard. From then, the issue transitions to Kizaru’s ship, which is seen to be on its way to Egghead Island. Some regular troops observe the Admiral himself giving food and drink to an elderly man on board, and they analyse it to determine whether it was poisoned.
Having brought the man his meal and drink, Kizaru engages him in conversation. Kizaru asks the elderly guy in Chapter 1073 of One Piece if he has ever met Dr Vegapunk, and the grandfather replies that he has, but just once in his life. The elderly guy is then shown to be one of the Gorosei, notably the one with the grey dreadlocks and the scar on his left cheek. The issue concludes with Saturn expressing sorry that it has come to this and revealing that his name is Saint Jegarcia Saturn.
