Date of Launch, Platforms, and More for Assassin’s Creed: Codename Hexe

Ubisoft is responsible for the action-adventure franchise Assassin’s Creed, which features a stealth-based open world. Some of the best-known games ever made are a part of the rapidly expanding Assassin’s Creed franchise. A lot of players are looking forward to this series, which has been called the “spiritual heir” to the Prince of Persia games.

The latest Assassin’s Creed Codename Hexe teaser released by Ubisoft shows the series’ insignia hanging in what appears to be a forest, leaving fans wondering when the game will be available. All the details you want to know about Assassin’s Creed Codename Hexe, including when it will be released, on what platforms, and what else, can be found on this page. Read on for an additional explanation.

Despite the trailer’s opacity, many gamers have speculated on Reddit and YouTube that the word “Hexe” has a witchy connotation in German. So you can assume that the game’s mythology will be influenced by Germanic culture and revolve around witches. Some industry members, however, worry that Ubisoft is spreading itself too thin by taking on so many projects at once.

They worry that because Ubisoft is working on so many things at once, the quality of each may suffer. Ubisoft Montreal is not easy at work on the next Assassin’s Creed game, which is currently known as Assassin’s Creed Codename Hexe (previously known as Codename Neo). Reports indicate that the game will take place in Europe around the 16th century, at the height of the witch hunts. However, there are more odds of a global release than only in Germany given that the same developers behind Assassin’s Creed Valhalla are also behind Assassin’s Creed Codename Hexe.

Release Date, Platforms, and More for Assassin’s Creed: Codename Hexe
No official information on the game’s release date has been disclosed as of yet by the creators. Since Assassin’s Creed: Codename Red is scheduled to be released before this in 2025, fans estimate a release date of late 2025 or later. We anticipate Ubisoft will stick with their usual pattern of releasing each AAA title two years apart, given this is, after all, another flagship title.

Please remember that all of the data shown here are based purely on projections made in light of historical patterns in the Assassin’s Creed Series. The main release is Assassin’s Creed Codename Hexe. Based on this data, we may assume that Microsoft Windows, the PlayStation 5, and the Xbox Series X/S will all be compatible with the game.

The year 2025 is still quite a ways off, so consoles like the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One are probably going to be lumped in with antiques until then. That’s why it seems sensible that the likelihood of these systems being able to run new games would decrease. But remember that this is only our guesswork, so please do not rely on it too heavily.
