Shadow Challenge and Shadow Skin are added to Clash of Clans

Every new season of Clash of Clans brings with it a fresh set of quests and prizes to be unlocked. Players may now get a new skin and a new Shadow Challenge from the in-game shop thanks to a recent update from Supercell. With the introduction of the new Shadow theme earlier this year, the game received two new skins in the form of the Shadow Queen skin and the Shadow Champion skin. An entirely new reward system was introduced to the popular mobile strategy game “Clash of Clans” with the launch of the gold pass in April 2019. There are challenges for players to accomplish to earn additional prize levels just like the famous Season Pass system in Fortnite.

Obtaining a Hero skin and a slew of other goodies are all possible with the $5 per month Gold Pass subscription. Every three to four months, Supercell releases a new set of Hero skins that are themed around a different season pass theme. Since the Shadow theme has dominated the Clash of Clans seasonal cycle, Supercell has added new opportunities for players to become fully immersed in the game’s world. It was stated in a new video posted on the Clash of Clans YouTube page by Supercell that players may now complete the new Shadow Challenge.

A matchup from the Clash of Clans eSports Worlds Warmup Finals must be replicated by deploying M.S. GAKU’s troop composition against PSW’s base in the Shadow Challenge. Players that complete a three-star clear of the base will get 400xp and a Research Potion as a reward. Additionally, a new Legendary Grand Warden skin, called the “Shadow Warden,” was added to the in-game store. The Clash of Clans Legendary skin, the Shadow Warden, costs $9.99. The store also carries a new Shadow Scenery wallpaper for players’ bases.

Players who want to complete their Shadow collection before the new store goods expire on April 18 have just under two weeks left to do so. Shadow is one of the most popular themes in recent memory, however, many players were disappointed that they had to spend even more money to complete the set despite it being one of the most popular since the Jungle theme in Town Hall 14 Even though the Shadow Challenge’s award was a little token of appreciation, several players considered this theme a failure. In spite of the increased expense, many players are delighted to pay for the Shadow cosmetics since they are among the best-looking in the game, and since the game itself has stayed free for so many years.
