The Hero’s Grave chariots may be avoided with a unique strategy revealed by an Elden Ring player. In Elden Ring, there are numerous mysteries, minor nuances, and gameplay intricacies to find, and this gamer’s post is just one of them. FromSoftware’s Elden Ring may have the most side material of any of their games. The difficulty of the dungeons players encounter as they travel through The Lands Between will vary based on the locale and the character’s relative strength. As a whole, Elden Ring is frustrating for many players because of the Hero’s Graves in the game’s various dungeons.
Even though these dungeons are comparable to other dungeons in their latter stages, they begin by forcing players to run down ramps while trying to evade motorised chariots. It is very impossible to avoid these chariots without being in defined safe zones, no matter how much Elden Ring’s rolling feature is used. These chariots will almost always kill the player in a single hit. When confronted with these dreaded stumbling blocks, players may have another alternative. Twitter user Zela posted a video of them sprinting down one of the ramps of one of the Hero’s Graves as the chariot approached.
While this would normally result in death, Zela manages to leap exactly at the correct time and escape receiving any damage, thanks to the ramp’s increased verticality. However, it appears that Zela’s avoidance of damage from the chariot was due to the way hitboxes behave in mid-air. During some acts, Elden Ring participants are given invincibility frames, preventing them from suffering damage even if their character model comes into touch with an object that would ordinarily inflict harm.
Zela was probably able to evade the chariot by using the invincibility frames that are granted to players when they jump. The Hero’s Grave chariots have inspired many rages quits and “You Died” displays in Elden Ring, so this is sure to be a happy surprise for many gamers. Note that the technique only works when the chariot and the rider are in a level position since arriving from an inclination does not allow for enough air time to clear the chariot. It’s still helpful for Elden Ring enthusiasts who are stranded on a Hero’s Grave.
