More about the “Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc” from Demon Slayer Season 2
It is set in Japan during the Taisho era when demons constitute a serious threat to humanity. A small youngster named Kamado Tanjiro, on the other hand, is utterly unaware of the circumstances. With his family, he lives quietly in the Highlands. Tanjiro is the family’s lone breadwinner after his father’s death. The young man does a job selling charcoal in a nearby community. After selling charcoal, he was running late one day. As a result, an elderly man at the foot of the mountains begs him to spend the night with him. When it comes to Tanjiro, he accepts the elderly man’s desire. The old guy also tells the tiny kid stories about demons and how they feed on humans, which the boy dismisses as fairy tales. He isn’t on his own.
The next morning, Tanjiro returns to his home. However, his world was turned upside down when he saw the killing of his entire family. His older brother had discovered his sister Nezuko, who was still alive. She was, however, not in the best of health. As a result, Tanjiro and her injured sister fly to the nearest hospital to seek medical help. Everything changed when his sister began to shift into a demon. Nezuko goes after her older brother as soon as she transforms into a monster. A strange stranger appears to keep Tanjiro safe from her sister. He introduces himself as Giyu Tomioka, a demon slayer who hunts demons. Nezuko, on the other hand, was one of the few demons that kept her human emotions after becoming a demon. As a result, Giyu decides not to kill Nezuko.
Sakonji Urokodaki, Giyu’s mentor, taught him how to be a demon slayer, and Tomioka wants Tanjiro to pay him a visit. As a result, he pays a visit to Urokodaki, where he learns how to battle demons utilising Urokodaki’s “Water-Breathing” technique. After finishing his training and passing an exam, Tanjiro is certified as a demon slayer. Then he and his sister set off on a quest to combat terrible monsters while looking for clues to Muzan, the mastermind. Muzan is the ancestor of all demons since he is the only person capable of turning a human into a terrifying monster. Along the voyage, Tanjiro battles a number of terrible demons, but he destroys them all with the help of new companions he meets along the way, such as Zenitsu and Inosuke. With his comrades, he continues to fight formidable demons and allies.
