Dr. Stone, a Japanese manga series, has been renewed for a third season, just a few months after the conclusion of Season 2, which aired from January to March 2021 on Fuji Television. Fans are looking forward to learn more about the film’s plot and release date. Inagaki’s manga is written by Riichiro Inagaki, and it is illustrated by Boichi, a South Korean artist who lives in Japan.
Dr. Stone’s first season premiered in the summer of 2019, and the second season premiered one and a half years later, in the summer of 2019. If the producers stick to their original plan, Dr. Stone Season 3 might premiere in the summer of 2022, based on our best estimates. In addition, the teasers for Dr. Stone Season 3 state that it will premiere in 2022, which corresponds to the social media posts announcing the season’s debut.
The adaptation of the Age of Exploration arc from the original Dr. Stone manga series will take place in the world of Dr. Stone. In accordance with Comic Book, the plot will concentrate around Perseus being constructed by the gang, which will cause “Thousand Sunny” to feel envious of him. Dr. Stone Season 2 was based on the plot of the “Stone Wars” arc from the manga series Dr. Stone, which was officially named Dr. Stone: Stone Wars in the United States.
When asked about the novel’s conclusion in an interview with Anime News Network, author Riichiro Inagaki stated, “As far as the ending is concerned…I am unsure, and that is not necessarily about the storey.” He went on to say, “Our general understanding of how the storey would conclude itself, but as we’ve progressed through it, we’ve found ourselves taking three steps forward and two steps back… but I’m firm to watch it till the end.
However, one thing I can guarantee is that I would never put off a project only for the benefit of the company.” The novel takes place in April 5738 AD (nearly 3,700 years later), when humanity is reduced to stone as a result of a mysterious catastrophe. The plot revolves around a youthful 15-year-old prodigy boy named SenkuIshigami, who is resurrected thousands of years after his death.
After arriving on the planet, he finds that all signs of human civilisation have been obliterated by the passage of time.
Senku establishes a base camp and begins studying the petrified beings in order to find the source of the catastrophe and, ultimately, a cure for the phenomenon. He studies for six months before injecting nitric acid into his friend Taiju Oki, giving him life. And they join forces to save the remainder of humanity from extinction.
Dr. Stone Season 3 will have an almost all new voice cast, with the exception of a few familiar faces. Voice actors Yƻsuke Kobayashi from the anime Food Wars and Makoto Furukawa from the manga One Punch Man will be providing their voices to Senku and Taiju, respectively, in the Japanese version of the game. It has been confirmed that Aaron Dismuke from Fullmetal Alchemist and RiccoFajardo from Sky Wizard Academy will be providing the voices for Senku and Taiju on the English dub.
Brandon McInnis, Felecia Angelle, and Brittany Lauda are among the other voiceover artists who could make a cameo appearance. The names of the new characters, as well as the identities of the voice actors, have not yet been revealed. We will continue to update the news as soon as we receive any new information about it.
