Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 218: A Review
Yorozu has been put in more than a handful of sticky situations due to the energy consumption of her techniques, which is problematic since if her first lethal creation couldn’t kill her opponent, then her 2nd creation wouldn’t be as lethal. This was the case until, in what may seem like a strange and unexpected turn of events given that we are living in the Hein Age, she found inspiration in the productivity of various bugs. In this particular setting, there are not many other sources of motivation. Her final form is only a combination of bugs that have that unique property, so the inspiration originates from the same place as the shown strong leaping strength speed and can even carry items that are many times more than itself. It was also reported that Yorozu had vanquished an organisation working for the Fujiwara Clan, which was not the same as the one Uro led during the Hein era but was conceptually similar. More specifically, Uro headed a squad known as the “Sun, Moon, and Stars,” a moniker that functions more as an idiom, during the Hein Period in Japan, when the Fujiwara Clan was well-recognised as one of the most powerful and prominent clans in the country. We find out later that the Sendai Colony, part of the Fujiwara Clan, murdered one of their own and has erroneously assumed Uro to be responsible, sentencing her to death as a scapegoat. Uro’s animosity for the Fujiwara family is now clear. Also, they were great shots in the Jujutsu Kaisen World and likely had a role in the death of “Sugiwara no Michizane,” a distant relative of Gojo and Yuta.
This is why I bring up the incident when Uro and Uta fought: “Uro just has the propensity to name men that bother her a Fujiwara, which truly demonstrates how huge and deep that would it is to her.” I believe this was handled in an additional volume or someplace. Uro insisted on referring to Yuta as a “Fujiwara,” which confounded readers because Gojo had transformed him into a Michizane. We return to the current moment as Yorozu scores a couple of blows on Sukuna, sending him falling down the corridor of the Stadium; based on these action sequences, Yorozu’s insect form appears to be incredibly quick. When I saw her, I was surprised by how quickly she moved, especially given her massive frame. There’s a lot of truth to what was said before about bugs possessing unique characteristics. Even if Sukuna isn’t 100%, Yorzu has still accomplished a great deal. This is to be anticipated, given that she hails from the Hein Period, the golden age of Sorcerers and Jujutsu, and the King of the Curses has only 15 fingers. Yorozu keeps arguing with Sukuna for not employing his Shrine Cuse Technique, and it seems like Mahoraga’s wheel is also connected to him. As she then exclaims, “Cut me, Slice me, and Tear me!” we know she means to disassemble and cleave. This implies that, contrary to what Jogo learnt, she is not familiar with the full scope of Sukuna’s Curse Technique. I didn’t know this until fairly recently, but Sukuna has been observed saying “Open” under unexplained circumstances twice, both times resulting in his gaining the fire ability.
Unless it’s simply fire, I can’t help but assume there must be some metaphysical realm from which he is drawing this talent; otherwise, the whole thing seems a little off. I don’t see why fire is the only talent that should be unlocked. I anticipate criticism from those who believe Sukuna’s authority represents a kitchen and liken him to a chef. That’s consistent with the overall concept of cleaving, slicing, and devouring human beings, but if that’s the case, shouldn’t fire also be one of his primary means of attack? Why does it always need to be the same person opening the fire? If you read the Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 218 spoilers, you’ll know that Yorozu counters Sukuna’s liquid metal attack by calling forth a new Shikigami named “Tranquil Deer,” whose ability is Reverse Cursed Technique, thus causing the positive energy to neutralise and erase the cursed/negative energy that was flowing through Sukuna’s attack. According to the wording of the leaks, I had first assumed that the deer, like Angle, possessed both the Reverse Curse Technique and a separate skill that erases the Curse method. It’s fascinating how Sukuna uses touch to cure his wounds, and I can’t help but wonder if he didn’t simply use his own Reverse Curse Technique to get rid of the technique instead of calling upon Shikigaki, whose humongous body is covered from head to toe in the stuff. Sukuna calls out a second Shikigami, this one named “Piercing Bull,” which injures Yorozu and drives them out of the Stadium. This bull can only travel on a straight path, but as it charges farther and further, its power increases exponentially.

About Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 219
Is everyone looking forward to the publication of Jujutsu Kaisen 219? Even though we didn’t get to witness what was planned in the previous chapter, I’m pleased things worked out the way they did since talking about the wheel, the Ten Shadow Technique, Sukuna, and Yorozu is a lot of fun. Yorozu’s true appearance in the Hein Period is seen at the beginning of the chapter, and it’s not all that different from Tsumiki’s. Although the reincarnate’s visage tends to change into that of the vessel, it is not expected to look drastically different. Not that Yorozu has a low Curse Energy output in general, but rather that her curse technique causes a lot of curse energy; so, if she were to create a tank, for example, would probably consume so much Cursed Energy, thereby not having enough Cursed Energy to create other things, we see that Yorozu was distressed because her Construction Technique wasn’t suitable for conserving and using Curse energy efficiently.
