On the other side, Pan explains that her grandmother’s firm ban on her becoming a Saiyan Man stems from the fact that she and her cousin seldom if ever do any schoolwork due to their obsession with the Saiyan Man. Pan is shown pursuing a little frog that looks much like Captain Ginyu in the next panel. Piccolo warned Pan that she shouldn’t go any farther because of a cliff up ahead since he didn’t want anything bad to happen to her. Despite Piccolo’s warning, Pan continues to ignore him. When Pan is shown following the frog as it leaps off a cliff, Piccolo nearly has a heart attack because, for one, she is still a child and therefore cannot fly, and, for another, Pan was Piccolo’s main focus while he was keeping an eye on the frog.
