Expectations for Chapter 79
Finally, the action in Boruto: Naruto Future Generations is heating up. Fans may agree that the last chapter was one of the best they’ve read in a long time. In addition to setting up the struggle leading up to the time jump, it also provided some fantastic development for two characters who have received very little focus in the Boruto manga so far: Sarada Uchiha and Mitsuki. Moreover, Boruto Uzumaki lost an eye in the last chapter, and Kawaki finally left the community. Everything adds up to the tale finally getting to the moment that was teased in the manga’s prologue. Momoshiki has revealed that irreversible events have already taken place. For this reason, everyone is anticipating Boruto chapter 79.
Boruto Chapter 79: Konoha Starts Making Plans
Chapter 79 of Boruto will most likely centre on Konoha and its efforts to fortify the village in the wake of the recent disaster. The individual responsible for this tragedy has fled without a trace after his Hokage and his wife were kidnapped. Konoha has just lost a significant part of its might, making it an easy target. As a result, Konoha must strengthen its defences while also searching for Kawaki, the lone one capable of resolving the crisis. But, Kawaki is not going to be a pushover to track down. After all, Momoshiki’s generosity has presented him with a once-in-a-lifetime chance, and he intends to make the most of it.
Kawaki is likely to train hard to fortify his body so that he can come back with even more vengeance the next time he tries to achieve his goals. That’s probably where the show is heading next. Yet it’s possible that Boruto himself will confess in chapter 79 that it was Momoshiki who let him escape. Sasuke noticed something unusual about Momoshiki’s waking at this moment, and while it’s often believed that Momoshiki let Kawaki flee, the reversal might just as easily be true. Boruto has tremendous love for his brother, and when he saw that Kawaki was in imminent danger of dying, he didn’t think twice about doing everything it took to save his life.
Sasuke as Hokage in Boruto Chapter 79
No one is expected to come to Naruto Uzumaki’s aid anytime soon. We know this because Kawaki states as much in the series’ prologue. Fans also know that it takes years for Konoha to be completely devastated before Boruto and Kawaki finally engage in their showdown atop the Hokage Faces and the age of Shinobi is officially declared finished. Hence, Konoha cannot be without a Hokage for such a long period of time. Someone will need to assume responsibility for this now. For the fans, this was demonstrated not long after Pain’s invasion, when Tsunade went into a coma and Danzo was appointed Hokage, and again when Danzo passed away and Kakashi was appointed Hokage.
It follows that they will likely begin searching for a new interim Hokage in the near future. Fans know that Sarada would want to fill this role, but she is just too young and inexperienced to rise to such a high position in the organisation. Sasuke isn’t the only one who springs to mind; Shikamaru, Sakura, and the rest of the cast all come to mind. As Shikamaru makes for a superior adviser, it’s probable that either Sakura or Sasuke will be named Hokage, with the latter being the more likely choice.
Time Jump in Boruto Chapter 79
The recent events have ended, and now the tale may inch closer to its time jump. It’s been a long time coming, but in the very first chapter of Boruto, events that happened after the time jump was teased to the fans. Nonetheless, followers are getting really close to it presently. One of Boruto’s eyes is gone, and Kawaki has already scratched his headband. In addition to Kawaki, every member of Team 7 has a personal motivation to improve their physical fitness.
All the conditions for the time jump have been fulfilled, including the sealing away of Naruto Uzumaki and his wife. Considering this, it’s possible that Boruto chapter 79 will be setting up the time jump. Team 7 and Kawaki are about to go for an indefinite training session.
No one knows when the time jump will begin, but it won’t be long until Boruto leaves to train with a master like Sasuke and the rest of the team figures out how to keep up with him. Enjoyable as they usually are, timeslips have never been closer at this point.
Chapter 79 of Boruto, a monthly manga serialised in V-Jump, is scheduled for publication on March 19, 2023. The chapter is, as usual, available for free on the Shounen Jump and Manga Plus mobile applications.
Latest Spoilers for Chapter 79
The long wait for Boruto Chapter 79 has begun now that Chapter 78 has been out. To read it, download the MangaPlus or Shonen Jump apps after its March 20th, 2023 publication. Fans had a lot to say about what they expect will happen in Boruto’s chapter 79 after the gorgeous image in chapter 78. Because Boruto’s chapter 78 ends with many unresolved issues, the fandom has been busy imagining what may happen in the next chapter. While Konoha has been in disarray, Boruto chapter 79 might have five surprises for readers.
Bingo card with Kawaki’s name
Kawaki decided to assassinate Boruto after he had succeeded in eliminating Naruto and Hinata with Dai-kokuten. However, Sarada, Sasuke, Shikamaru, and Mitsuki thwarted their plans, and Kawaki eventually departed with the assistance of Momoshiki. It’s possible that Kawaki may make his way out of the hamlet and attempt to kill Boruto once more in Boruto chapter 79. Kawaki is a rogue who has participated in various criminal deeds. Others will join the search for him as word travels to neighbouring communities. His entry into the bingo book seems certain for Boruto chapter 79.
It is through practice that Boruto acquires the Jougan
Sarada intervened in Boruto 78 when she observed Kawaki and Boruto fighting. In the meantime, Kawaki had made preparations to murder Sarada. During the time leap, Boruto jumped in to save Sarada, earning himself a scar above his right eye in the process. Momoshiki took over Boruto’s body as he opened his right eye, and Jougan appeared there. To master Jougan’s powers without surrendering control to Momoshiki, Boruto may work with Sasuke in chapter 79. It is established early on in the Boruto series that Boruto has the ability to summon and command Jougan.
In this chapter, Eida and Daemon depart from Konoha
It appears that Eida is helping out Shikamaru. She aided Shikamaru in discovering the reason for Naruto and Hinata’s disappearance. Eida also told Shikamaru that Kawaki intended to kill Boruto once more. Eida’s sentiments for Kawaki have already been established. Her primary motivation for moving to Konoha was to be in his presence more often. The departure of Kawaki from Konoha, however, raises the possibility that Eida and Daemon will also leave the community. And since Eida can make everyone succumb to her charisma, there’s no one who can stop them.
The dream of Boruto becomes a reality
Through his Jougan, Boruto saw Shikadai, Chocho, and Inojin around someone at the Hokage-face stone, saying that friends didn’t act the way (Chapter 75, “The Domain of God”). Sarada also told Boruto in that vision that she had located the person they were seeking. Mitsuki, also in Sage mode, expressed his anger. In Boruto chapter 79, Shikadai’s group, Sarada, and Mitsuki may try to thwart the authority’s search for Kawaki. The fact that Kawaki plans to assassinate Boruto has made his pals unhappy. They may also be against Boruto. In this scenario, Momoshiki might regain control of Boruto and cause havoc in the hamlet. Boruto Chapter 79 presents a challenge to proving this argument because Kawaki is also there in the vision.
The arrival of Code in Konoha
In Chapter 77, we learn that Eida informed Shikamaru of Kawaki’s plot. Code was dividing the Ten-tails, codenamed “Claw Grimes,” to produce troops. According to Eida, it’s just getting higher. The fact that Daemon attempted to assassinate Code and that he escaped demonstrates that he holds a vendetta towards Konoha, as seen in prior chapters. Code may decide to launch an attack on Konoha once Naruto disappears since the village would be in disarray. Also, Code’s limitation being lifted has made him excessively strong. Even the best of the Konoha Shinobi will have trouble taking him down. This might happen in either chapter 79 or 80 of Boruto.
In conclusion
The publication of Chapter 78 of Boruto has shocked readers. It has revealed a number of pivotal events and hinted that the Boruto time jump is imminent. Expectations from the fan community are flooding the web. But, in Boruto’s chapter 79, the suspense continues. A war is imminent, and it will have devastating effects on Konoha. Soon enough, we’ll get to watch how the next generation of Konoha citizens responds.
