Latest Updates for Episode 22
My Hero Academia episode 22 will air on Nippon TV and Yomiuri TV in Japan on Saturday, March 4 at 5:30 pm JST, and the teaser photos and synopsis have finally been revealed by Studio BONES. With the exception of a few select regions, where the anime will be released on Netflix, the episode, named Friend, will be available to view globally on Crunchyroll. Before, Deku used his whole arsenal of One For All abilities to battle Lady Nagant. As he was beating her up, All For One was setting up a trap, and when Lady Nagant finally gave in to Midoriya’s persuasion, he blasted her.
In the sneak peek for episode 22 of My Hero Academia, we see Deku’s pals trying to comfort him. Episode 22 of My Hero Academia season 6 picks off directly where episode 21 left off, with Deku still powerless to save Lady Nagant despite being within touching distance. Deku abandons All Might and the other top three heroes (Endeavor, Hawks, and Best Jeanist) as he knows he can do nothing to save their lives from impending peril. Because of his concern for the safety of those close to him, Deku has sworn to take on Shigaraki, All For One, and the League of Villains alone. Deku is now fuming and may resort to extreme methods in order to defeat his enemy.
Yet, as can be seen in the sneak peek photos, his classmates from 1A at UA High School want to try to get in touch with him. Deku sent them all letters, detailing his history with All Might and the origins of his One For All ability. 1A students are Midoriya’s buddies, thus they will do everything it takes to rescue him from the underworld. Meanwhile, the promotional photos for the next episode show a bizarre adversary that Deku could face. Due to Deku’s extreme anger, he would easily be able to defeat him in a single fight. In addition, he can run into pals who pressure him to go back to UA High. Whether Deku returns voluntarily with them or engages in a counterattack is something fans will have to wait and see.

In the previous My Hero Academia episode, the conflict between Deku and Lady Nagant was explored, as was Lady Nagant’s history. Deku helped her remember that, even if she was a villain at the moment, she was still a hero deep down inside. She was moved enough by his comments to reveal All For One’s whereabouts, and Deku’s anger at hearing this led him to approach him angrily. In the next episode, “Friend,” Deku may decide to battle All For One without the help of his fellow Heroes.
Recap of Episode 21
At the episode’s opening, All Might is cornered by two bad guys, but his determination to save Deku surprises even them. Nevertheless, Deku was going to approach Lady Nagant when he was hit by a gunshot. Then he recognised that All For One had bestowed upon her another Quirk. He let Fa Jin go after Smokescreen, releasing her from his grasp. Fa Jin warned him about his ability, but Deku used the Quirk to fool Lady Nagant anyhow. After that, he inquired as to her employment with All For One, considering her to be a hero. She said that she was an assassin dispatched to eliminate the rotten Heroes and villains from the system, but that she eventually gave up because she couldn’t stand the sight of blood. But, the president threatened her after she contacted him, prompting her to take his life.
She abruptly aimed towards Chisaki and fired. With Fa Jin’s ability, Deku was able to outrun the bullet and safely divert Chisaki. Once Deku had finally defeated her, he begged her to rejoin the Heroes, but she blew up because of the failsafe she’d been keeping hidden. Hawks made it in time to save her, and afterwards, she divulged the location of All For One. Meanwhile, Chisaki was taken into custody by Endeavor, and Deku assured him that if he apologised to Eri, he would honour Lady Nagant’s pledge. At the episode’s close, Deku was shown becoming furious at All For One.

My Hero Academia Episode 21 of Season 6
The series finale of My Hero Academia has All Might fending off two attackers by refusing to abandon Deku. Deku uses his swing to go across the city in search of Lady Nagant, but she fires at him with the help of enhanced abilities provided by All For One. Deku prepares an attack by charging up the energy in his legs and using his Smokescreen technique. According to Nagant, she was an assassin who came to feel that the entirety of civilization was a facade and so joined All For One. An overhaul is about to be shot by her when Deku steps in to rescue the day. Unfortunately, an All For One failsafe causes her to explode. Hawks comes to her rescue, and she gives the heroes the location of All For One. After Overhaul is apprehended by Endeavor, Deku advises him to apologise to Eri. After discovering Nagant’s corpse, Deku becomes enraged with All For One.
Released on March 4, 2023, the next episode of My Hero Academia Season 6 will have Deku fighting Lady Nagant and using a variety of One For All oddities to defeat her. The unfortunate outcome of All For One’s ploy is that Lady Nagant is injured, rendering her unable to reveal sensitive information regarding her client’s ambitions. The already tense situation has been exacerbated by the fact that All For One has set traps everywhere around Deku. The question on everyone’s mind as they wait for next week’s episode is whether or not Deku will be able to triumph over the obstacles in his path.
About My Hero Academia, Season 6 Episode 22
Episode 22 of Season 6 of My Hero Academia is titled “Friend.” While having Deku around was drawing unwanted attention from All For One, the episode would most likely focus on Deku departing All Might. Not only that, but even though Deku was right there with Lady Nagant when she shot away, he was helpless. Because of this, he probably felt helpless, which led to an anger that was hard to control.
As a result, it’s likely that Deku would abandon every hero helping him in favour of trying to work alone and shoulder the weight while insisting that everything is OK.
