Before February 19, 2023, the official publication of One Piece 1075, fans will have to make do with unauthorised translations of leaks and raw scans. There don’t appear to be any major conflicts or shocking revelations in this chapter. Rather, it appears to be a transitional phase, with the Strawhat Pirates splitting up into smaller factions. Author Eiichiro Oda of One Piece frequently establishes recurring and ancillary characters in order to set the stage for future plot points. Now that everything is in place, the Egghead Arc may make its way deep into the centre. With the release of Chapter 1075 of One Piece, we may be nearing the conclusion of the Egghead Arc.
Some of the Strawhat Pirates have formed smaller bands
According to the previous chapter of One Piece, Dr Vegapunk’s “Stella,” his primary body, mysteriously vanished but his companion, Jewelry Bonney, was still present in the building. The Strawhat Pirates and the six Vegapunk satellite entities banded together to form a command structure in order to deal with the crisis. Luffy and Zoro stay behind to keep an eye on Lucci and Kaku, who is still unconscious from being struck by Stussy but should wake up soon. The Strawhat Pirates, with the Vegapunk satellites, set off to find “Stella” and fix the damage inflicted by the Seraphims.
At the moment of One Piece 1075, the cast is divided as follows:
First squad: Luffy, Zoro, and Vegapunk Shaka Second crew: Sanji, Jinbe, and Stussy Here we have Group 3: Franky, Usopp, Vegapunk Lilith, and Vegapunk York Chopper, Vegapunk, and Nico Robin make up Group 4. We’ve got Brook, Nami, and Vegapunk Edison in AtlasGroup 5! Chapter 1075 of One Piece reveals that the lab’s resident traitor is increasingly taking more overt actions. All connections are severed after the traitor hits Vegapunk Pythagoras with an assault that causes him to explode and then destroys all the Den Den Mushi. Despite Vegapunk Shaka’s best efforts, he has only been able to identify a shadow as the traitor thus far. The former, however, is in the best position of safety, being accompanied by the Strawhat Pirates’ two strongest members, Luffy and Zoro.
These two villains, Lucci and Kaku, have been around for a while, but they’re returning for more. Lucci and Kaku met up with Luffy and Zoro during the Enies Lobby Arc. Kaku was able to cause some problems for Zoro, but he was completely overpowered when Zoro unleashed his Nine Sword Style: Ashura. In contrast, Lucci was a constant source of frustration for Luffy. Even in his most powerful Gear 3 form, he had trouble defeating him. Luffy had to use every last bit of energy he had to defeat Lucci. In the intervening two years, Lucci and Kaku have grown physically and mentally. They were upgraded to the rank of elite CP0 agent once they attained the Awakening of their Zoan Devil Fruits and a significant amount of Haki.
Yet Luffy and Zoro have made considerably more progress than before. When they arrived in the New World, they wreaked havoc after receiving instruction from Silvers Rayleigh and Dracule Mihawk, respectively. And in the most recent Wano Arc, they got an even bigger boost. In addition to awakening the legendary Nika-Nika Fruit to its full potential, Luffy also acquired the Haki of an Advanced Conqueror. These skills helped him win a brutal battle against Kaido and earn the title of Yonko. Zoro fought alongside the others against Kaido, helping to injure him and shielding Luffy from Hakai’s powerful assault. Eventually, he attained the Advanced Conqueror’s Haki and destroyed King, Kaido’s trusted lieutenant.
Lucci and Kaku hired assassins by the World Government to take down Vegapunk, ran upon Luffy and Zoro again on Egghead and attempted to challenge them. The two Strawhats, however, are no longer threatened by them and can simply take care of them.
The shocking marriage proposal from Lucci and Kaku to Luffy and Zoro
Compounding matters, Lucci and Kaku’s coworker Stussy unexpectedly turned traitor and declared her actual loyalty to Vegapunk. She used her skill on the two of them, and they promptly fell asleep. Lucci and Kaku were bound with Seastone and knocked out cold. Two Seraphims, S-Hawk and S-Bear, suddenly burst into the room and began assaulting everyone, including Luffy and Zoro, who had been left behind to defend them. Zoro took care of business, holding off the two Seraphims while Luffy was out with Vegapunk Shaka. He guarded Lucci and Kaku as they slept, which speaks something about his integrity.
Zoro stood in front of the two and said he couldn’t allow them to be killed while they were unconscious and helpless. While that was happening, Luffy showed up. The results of Stussy’s treatment abruptly wore off, and Lucci and Kaku regained consciousness. Astounded audiences watched as Lucci begged Luffy and Zoro to release him and Kaku so they might join their side in the next battle. Luffy and Zoro were even more taken aback by Lucci’s statements than the readers were. The two of them made looks of humorous distaste at the suggestion, somewhat reminiscent of Whitebeard and Oden’s responses when Roger urged the latter to join him.
Concluding Ideas
Unofficial scans and spoilers for One Piece chapter 1075 were a lot of fun to read because of Sanji’s amusing exchange with Stussy and Luffy and Zoro’s equally funny reaction to Lucci’s proposed partnership. Though it lacked noteworthy moments, it lay the groundwork for the complex Egghead Arc storyline. Although Luffy and Zoro might not be thrilled by the prospect of an alliance with Lucci and Kaku, they must accept that the latter’s proposal is reasonable. It’s possible that in combat, Luffy and Zoro might benefit from having the assistance of the two CP0 operatives.
On the other hand, they are useless dead weights if left linked to their Seastone. Luffy and Zoro will encounter a formidable foe in Admiral Kizaru and Saint Jaygarcia Saturn, a member of the Five Elders who are on their way to Egghead. They can’t afford to let their minds wander when facing such formidable foes. In order to cope with the Seraphims, it would be prudent for them to unbind Lucci and Kaku.
