Episode 16 of “Blue Lock” will include expanded interactions between Isagi, Barou, and Nagi. Fans will see the interplay between the three of them, and watch Isagi in the unique role of peacemaker between his two comrades. Isagi stole Naruhaya’s gun in the previous episode and scored the deciding goal for his squad. They ended up winning, and Barou made the cut to play for them. What, exactly, would happen in Episode 16 of “Blue Lock”?
The names Barou and Nagi are synonymous with “genius.” They’ve made it to the third and final round of the second selection, with Isagi’s help. Later on, they’ll meet a new trio that consists of a Kunigami, a Chigiri, and a Reo. The three-on-three battle will set up a competition among the participants.
In Episode 16 of “Blue Lock,” Isagi, Nagi, and Barou may pick up a new member to help them exact revenge on the enemy side. How much of an impact will this have on their ability to win the battle? Even if Kunigami and Chigiri weren’t there for Isagi’s continuation of the selection process, fans can still anticipate a “very intense and competitive” encounter between these two squads. It’s likely due to their pride and hostility. It’s possible that Reo and Nagi will square off against one another.
Theorists also speculate that when Isagi’s power develops, he will pick up techniques from Kunigami and Chigiri. While Naruhaya’s shot went wide, Barou took charge in Episode 15 of “Blue Lock” and scored. After then, Isagi gave the ball to Nagi and got a point. Again, Barou tried to score off the ensuing kickoff, but Nagi blocked it and Isagi recovered. It was stolen by Naruhaya and then given to Barou so he could score. To sneak up on Rin unnoticed, Naruhaya had positioned himself in the blind spot, and Isagi understood this. Another goal by Nagi has drawn the score even.
After the death of his parents, Naruhaya’s ambition to achieve was revealed in a flashback. From the ensuing kickoff, Barou attempted another shot but was blocked. Attempting to mimic Isagi’s kicking, Naruhaya fired a shot that missed the target. After Nagi took control, Isagi and Barou advanced toward the goal. Isagi followed in Naruhaya’s footsteps as he sped for the net, but Barou had already shifted his focus. Isagi scored the game-winning goal after receiving an assist from Nagi.
Isagi was aware that any group had a chance to win, but Naruhaya insisted he was the superior player, grieving a failed attempt. After considering Naruhaya’s advice, Isagi invited Barou to join his squad. After Bachira and Isagi abandoned them, Kunigami and Chigiri disqualified them and invited Reo to join them. Finally, after abandoning Nagi, Reo agreed to beat him. Episode 16 of “Blue Lock” premieres on January 28.
