After a two-week hiatus, My Hero Academia Chapter 378 was released, and it continued to follow the events at UA. Even though fans were already excited by La Brava’s transformation into an ally, this chapter added gasoline to the fire by reintroducing two more criminals that Deku had previously pardoned. A panel depicting All Might packing his things and leaving a flat was also included. However, it is not made clear if this is a flashback from the Tartarus Escapees Arc or from a more current time period. The fourth instalment of the tale of how everyone in My Hero Academia became a hero is told in chapter 378. With the dissolution of the AFO/Shigaraki fusion, Lady Nagant and Gentle Criminals make their triumphant comeback in My Hero Academia Chapter 378.
After Twice’s clones rendered Aizawa and Monoma helpless in the last episode, Shigaraki escaped and told Deku he would always be a bad guy. In spite of the fact that Gear-Shift rendered further progress difficult for Deku, the other user encouraged him to keep going. Meanwhile, La Brava has come back to aid the heroes and has broken into Skeptic’s server network.
La Brava traps Skeptic, My Hero Academia Chapter 378
In the first part of My Hero Academia chapter 378, La Brava explains how, back when she was a hermit, she would break into the servers of Feel Good Inc. and replace their work with Optic Cats. Skeptic appears to be traumatised by the experience, which is only exacerbated when she repeats it to him. Skeptic tries to escape by turning his most vital computers into people, but he is eventually captured by Ms Joke, Hound Dog, and Shindo when La Brava alerts the other Heroes in the area to his whereabouts.
In spite of Tsukauchi’s prodding, La Brava insists that developing a new operating system will take time, and the UA stronghold is now stuck in a crash course. Tsukauchi is prepared to assume that there is something more to the villains, as he learnt from Aoyama, which prompts a grumbling officer to question why he would commit such a critical aspect of the operation to a former villain. After the instant crash, Kaminari and the others hurry back inside UA after hearing the news from Mandalay. After witnessing the swarm of Twice Clones, Kaminari became concerned about the safety of Monoma and Aizawa.
When American planes see someone hovering over the ocean, they discuss whether or not to try to attack the clones, given that they risk accidentally killing an ally. To everyone’s surprise, it’s Gentle Criminal, for whom Tsukauchi and La Brava appear to be rooting.
Chapter 378 of My Hero Academia sees the reappearance of two former villains who now assist the heroes. An old flashback shows that Muscular helped free the inmates of Mikuzu jail during the massive prison break. An inmate named Gentle fought back against them. Though he was terrified, Midoriya’s comments gave him the strength to stop every prisoner from making a daring escape. After the police approached him with a reward offer, he requested to meet with La Brava and eventually enlisted with the Heroes.
To avert the imminent collapse of the UA stronghold, Gentle is currently employing Gently Super Lover, as La Brava expresses her undying love for him. When Mandalay tells everyone, Deku knows it’s Gentle Criminal and is motivated to confront Shigaraki. Although the fusion between Shigaraki and AFO has been broken, Daigoro Banjo arrives and tells him that Shigaraki still must not be permitted to touch the earth. Tsukauchi says, “Even though the villains have chosen the wrong road, their beginnings must be taken into account.” At this point, a bullet rips through Tomura’s hand. It’s unclear when, exactly, he recalls All Might leaving a room while carrying a luggage. Deku, panicking in UA, glances up and spots Lady Nagant, standing atop a high structure with her rifle trained on Shigaraki.
Concluding Ideas
Gentle Criminal and Lady Nagant’s seeming irrelevance to the plot is debunked in My Hero Academia Chapter 378
They add new dimensions to the scenario at hand and offer justification for Deku’s sympathetic stance toward the bad guys. Neither is very powerful, but each contributes in their own ways that help the Heroes prevail. However, it is important to keep in mind that none of the three villains who have returned thus far has as long a history of torture and brainwashing as Tomura has, so this does not boost Deku’s chances of getting through to Shigaraki. Banjo claims that the fusion has been reversed, but it’s not clear how much of Tomura’s behaviour was compelled by the fact that he merged with AFO and how much he might alter now that the influence has been mitigated.
