Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 210 spoilers, which were posted earlier this week, demonstrated the mangaka Gege Akutami’s apparent effort toward the series’ closing stretch. This issue is intriguing because it features a lot of action and both subtle and overt discoveries. To wit, the link between Hana Kurusu and Megumi Fushiguro is one of the more overtly revelatory aspects of Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 210. Fans have been scratching their heads ever since Hana saved Megumi at the end of the Tokyo No. 1 colony storyline because there was seemingly no relationship between them beyond the Culling Game. The most recent issue of the series to be leaked online, however, makes that relationship quite evident. This article discusses how the connection between Megumi and Hana is explained in chapter 210 of Jujutsu Kaisen.
Hana and Megumi’s rescue from the Culling Game in chapter 210 of Jujutsu Kaisen is depicted as a reflection of their first encounter. Chapter 210 of Jujutsu Kaisen begins with three young children being fostered by a Cursed Spirit, as hinted at in spoilers and raw scans unofficially leaked throughout the week. The three children are seen in a flashback looking unclean and wearing tattered and worn clothing, lending credence to the theory that they were abandoned as infants. The many-headed Cursed Spirit did, however, ensure that they never went hungry. One of the kids, a girl who gets some extra attention in the issue’s opening flashback, is subsequently revealed to be a young Hana Kurusu. During the same time period, the chapter describes how a young Megumi Fushiguro, out for a stroll with her adoptive father figure Satoru Gojo, unwittingly employed his white Divine Dog shinigami. However, as seen in Chapter 210 of Jujutsu Kaisen, when Hana realised that the Cursed Spirit was not their mother, she tracked down Megumi’s white Divine Dog, who guided her away from the Cursed Spirit.
Spoilers for this issue don’t explain why Megumi’s white Divine Dog was near the Cursed Spirit without his direction, but it doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. But it seems to have been predisposed to approach the evil Cursed Energy. To save Hana’s life, the white Divine Dog lures her away from the Cursed Spirit and towards Megumi and Satoru. While Megumi and Satoru don’t see the young Hana, she sees them and holds on to the hope that she’ll run into the boy who saved her again someday. Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 210 explains that in the future, during the Tokyo No. 1 Colony arc, Hana Kurusu had the chance to run see Megumi Fushiguro again. The fact that a young Megumi had already mastered enough jujutsu to tame the Divine Dogs is one of the most intriguing parts of the disclosure.
As the story has progressed, it has become clear that Megumi cannot recruit the aid of anything or anybody other than a previously tamed shikigami in her quest to tame a shikigami. Megumi’s early success in taming a shikigami demonstrates his innate talent and suggests that Satoru is an excellent instructor. The chapter 210 spoilers for Jujutsu Kaisen were fascinating for a variety of reasons. The most interesting part of this issue, though, was its recounting of how Megumi’s white Divine Dog accidentally rescued Hana from a Cursed Spirit when they were both children. As a result, Hana’s hope to run across Megumi again grew, solidifying the bond between them that had been hinted at before the Tokyo No. 1 Colony arc’s conclusion.
