Recap of Chapter 177
Epicentre is the name of Chapter 176 of One Punch Man. On the first page of the chapter, we see Psykos and Fubuki dressed for school. The next panel showed a flashback to when Psykos broke the news to Fubuki that their group for the study of the supernatural had joined with their competitor organisation, Invisible Hand. Psykos went back to the library and started researching Third Eye.
She successfully pulled it off and seized control. She first noticed a problem when she began having precognitive dreams. Psykos had suddenly lost interest in the success and now sought to exterminate his rivals. God’s hand was clearly at work in her life, as shown by the sudden appearance of veins on her face. They started talking about how much fun they had in high school, but then the conversation moved to how much trouble they had in the Garou arc. Fubuki forearmed her after she was vanquished. She was curious about what Psykos saw in the future and asked him about it.
A huge cloud-like network of veins quickly overwhelmed them, though. Now, even Fubuki could sense God among them. The panel then discussed the present day in the agency’s main office. The discussion with Tsukuyomi was disrupted by Fubuki and Saitama’s sudden appearance. They said that Psykos was now part of their collective. Fubuki, however, foresaw that Tatsumaki would soon invade the headquarters and murder Psykos.
Latest Updates
After much anticipation, the climax of the conflict between the Tsukuyomi member and Tatsumaki, both espers, is revealed in One Punch Man chapter 177. Meanwhile, Saitama has fallen into the Demon-Level Monsters Containment Level, which in itself may create quite a chaos, enough to bring down the whole complex. In the prior chapter, readers witnessed a flashback in which Fubuki recalled the moment she first saw God through Psykos’ Third Eye. At the same time, in real life, Fubuki and Tatsumaki seemed to be at odds while actually cooperating to eliminate the Tsukuyomi member and save Psykos. The commotion caused by their brawl caused the floor to crack, and Saitama was finally able to escape the building.
In the 177th chapter of One Punch Man, Tatsumaki comes to the rescue and takes down Tsukuyomi. As the title suggests, the events of One Punch Man chapter 177, The Supernatural & Risks, begin in the citizen area, with a couple enjoying a meal and expressing their gratitude for the new complex created by the Hero Association. At this point, the entire floor begins to shake as Tatsumaki and the Tsukuyomi engage in a fierce battle, ushering in complete anarchy on the Demon-Level Monsters Containment Level.
Meanwhile, the Tsukuyomi member triggers the sleep drug that was injected into Fubuki as the confrontation between the Tsukuyomi and Tatsumaki heats up.
The Tsukuyomi member made a cryptic reference to a spy within the Blizzard organisation. The rampage was halted by Tatsumaki as Fubuki was about to be poisoned by the threat that he would release the poison from within her. Using one of his talents, the Tsukuyomi member instantly began capturing Tatsumaki; he then utilised his skills to elevate Tatsumaki, Fubuki, and Psykos. At that very moment, when the Blizzard gang was getting ready to flee the facility, the soy among them also exposed himself. When Saitama and the monster’s corpse came crashing through the doorway, the floor began to shake.
Tatsumaki used this opening to finally succeed in shaping the medication within Fubuki into a needle using her esper skills.
She proceeded to carefully and swiftly remove it from her body, sustaining just minor injuries in the process. She then pricked the Tsukuyomi member in the eye with the same poison needle. To everyone’s surprise, he didn’t die, and Tatsumaki eventually managed to round him up. The Blizzard crew huddled around Fubuki as they clustered around her with unanswered questions and worries. Tatsumaki lost it when she saw she was being dragged down by her own gang. Therefore, she suggested that her sister withdraws from the gathering. As a result, Tatsumaki swore to inflict enough harm on the Blizzard crew that they would never again rise to the status of heroes. Saitama now steps in to interrupt her.
Discussion about the conclusion to Chapter 177 of One Punch Man
In Chapter 177 of One Punch Man, Tatsumaki tries to separate her sister Fubuki from the rest of the Blizzard after admitting to herself that she cannot possibly protect them all. In addition, they were a point of vulnerability for Fubuki, therefore she wished they would not approach her sister. Given that Saitama has just disrupted the status quo, viewers will just have to sit tight and see what happens next.
One Punch Man Chapter 177: Spoilers & Predictions
There has not yet been a digital release of the title for One Punch Man Chapter 177. However, the tale will centre on Fubuki, Tatsumaki, and Psykos. The notorious Tsukuyomi organisation is not going to stand by and watch Tatsumaki get away with Psykos. The past two chapters have made it quite evident that Psykos is wanted by the organisation only for the third eye she has. Her precognitive abilities were hinted at in Chapter 176. And only she knows what the future holds for us.
Tsukuyomi gang members are interested in exploring this future so that they might achieve their secret goals. There was also the implication in the flashback panel that Psykos had become wicked himself as a result of this bleak future. Is it possible to hold God responsible for Pyskos’s mental illness? Fubuki ultimately prevailed over Psykos during their battle in the Garou arc. A massive otherworldly entity, however, hovered above the two.
In the end, it all points to God using heroes as pawns to wipe off humanity. Furthermore, Vaccine Man and Homeless Emperor kept ranting about erasing all of mankind, much like Psykos did in the Garou arc. In God’s eyes, we human beings are a plague that is destroying the world. Maybe God will come down to Earth in the following few chapters and deal with the heroes. Thus, God is looking for a vassal body, as seen by the enlarged veins on Psykos’ face in Chapter 176.
When Will One Punch Man Chapter 177 Be Published?
Readers are eager to find out how Murata ties up all the loose ends. Tatsumaki was determined to eliminate Psykos at the institution in the webcomics. In contrast, her primary motivation for taking action in the manga is to rescue her from Tsukuyomi’s clutches. Murata obviously isn’t following ONE’s rules. Maybe he’s trying to fix the tale by filling in some of the flaws he sees. Webcomic readers wouldn’t anticipate Tatsumaki turning to Fubuki for assistance in trying to save Psykos. This is why she’s starting to become a fan favourite in the manga. Fortunately, Murata revealed December 30, 2022, release date for the following issue. On January 12th, 2023, we will resume Chapter 177 of One Punch Man. Those who are behind may read the entire series on Viz Media.
The final chapter of Psykos’s book has a flashback scene that foreshadows a grim future for humanity. The panel where she glimpsed what was to come degenerated into a jumble of black-and-white squiggles, suggesting a grim conclusion. Exactly what did she expect to happen that caused her to look in such horror? Concurrently, new arguments have emerged between the Fubuki and the Psykos.
To what aim does Murata want to bring together all these disparate threads? The following part of the story will be full of unexpected developments. A new character not seen in the webcomic’s source material has been introduced in Murata’s manga adaptation. Clearly, the webcomic’s narrative is just a starting point for the mangaka. You’ll have to read on to find out what occurs next in Murata’s tale.
