Episode 14 of Blue Lock: What to Expect?
In episode 14 of Blue Lock, Itoshi Rin, Aoshi Tokimitsu, and Jyubei Aryu are in the fourth stage of the Rivalry Battle, while Bachira and Itoshi Nagi return to the second level with Bachira. Now that they’ve lost their playmaker and will have to come up with attacks on their own, Isagi and Nagi will have to consider their performance against the top three.
The fact that Isagi, Nagi, and Bachira were only the second team to enter the Rivalry Battle’s third stage means that they may have to wait a while before playing their match in the second stage.
Recap of Episode 13
In episode 13 of Blue Lock, dubbed Top 3, Isagi’s white team faced Itoshi’s red team in a basketball match. Even though Isagi scored first thanks to help from Bachira and Nagi, the momentum quickly swung as Itoshi, Aryu, and Tokimitsu all scored on their own. Bachira and Nagi scored the second goal for the white team, forcing them to play more cohesively after seeing the disparity firsthand. Itoshi then scored twice more to help the red team to victory. As a consequence, Bachira was selected as a new member of the red team, while Isagi and Nagi were demoted to the lower level.
On Sunday, January 15, 2023, at 1:30 am JST, TV Asahi will air episode 14 of Blue Lock. Crunchyroll will host the episode for streaming across the world, with the exception of a few regions where Netflix will host the anime instead. In the previous episode, the white team (consisting of Isagi, Nagi, and Bachira) faced up against the red team (consisting of Itoshi, Aryu, and Tokimiitsu). While the white team started off well, Itoshi quickly changed the tide, and the final score was 5-2. This resulted in the red team deciding to steal Bachira from the white team, who had just lost.
