In episode 10 of Blue Lock, what can we expect?
Because Team Z has finally figured out how to counter Team V’s strategies, the tenth episode of Blue Lock is expected to see some tense play from Team V. Team V is likely to experiment as only their top three players will receive any significant attention from the media. Team Z, meanwhile, must swiftly score a goal in order to win and secure all three points. If they don’t win, they won’t be in the running for Blue Lock’s next round of selections, therefore they have no choice but to do so.
So, what happened the last time? (Recap)
In the ninth episode of Blue Lock, “Awakening,” Team Z was taken aback by a ridiculous goal scored by Nagi Seishiro and Team V. Once the play restarted, Team V was able to mount a counterattack and add another goal to their total. Zantetsu of Team V compounded the situation by scoring Team V’s third goal on a long shot. While his teammates were feeling down about the situation, Bachira was getting pumped up for the game again and dribbling against the opposition. He outpaced everyone on the field and ended up in a one-on-one situation with the goalkeeper, where he scored with a rabona flick. After Bachira’s goal, Team Z’s confidence was restored, and Rensuke scored again with a long-range knuckleball. Chigiri, who had been sleeping through the first half, woke up in the second and scored a goal that was similar to the one he scored against Team W to tie the game at three.
The tenth instalment of Blue Lock will air on TV Asahi at 1:30 a.m. JST on Sunday, December 11, 2022. The episode will be streamed on Crunchyroll worldwide, with the exception of a few places where the anime will be shown on Netflix. Team Z scored three goals against Team V in the previous episode, but they immediately launched a comeback. This extended the contest to unprecedented lengths. At 3-3 with 30 minutes to go in the game, luck was on their side thanks to goals from Bachira, Rensuke, and Chigiri.

Recap of Episode 9
After Nagi scores, the game’s opening goal, Team Z, and Yoichi in particular are taken aback by the fact that they’re going up against a monster with elite-level abilities. Kunigami attempts to get Team Z back on track up front, but Reo takes the ball and makes an unbelievable move to set up Nagi, who scores again for Team V. Chigiri tries to outsmart Team V with his quickness, but Zantetsu intercepts him and snatches the ball, which he then throws to Reo and then back to Zantetsu, who finishes the hat trick. Aside from Bachira, who seemed to be enjoying himself, and Kuon, who was grinning smugly in the corner, Yoichi and the rest had given up hope of winning.
Yoichi is surprised to learn that Bachira thinks Team Z has to come up with the same unique objectives as Team V in order to defeat the formidable trio of heroes they face.
Even more so, Bachira’s inner monster would rather he feel aroused than afraid in dangerous situations. And he urges Yoichi to break over his own barriers and score against Team V. Reo tries to mind-read Bachira as he dribbles the ball with lightning-fast step-overs, but Bachira gets the better of him with a roulette. Similarly impressive is Bachira’s ability to trick Zantetsu with a left lob feint and a right air elastico.
Bachira eventually scores a goal for Team Z after he dodges three more opponents. Inspired by Bachira’s skill and demeanour, Yoichi and the others said that he lacked the necessary level and skills to become the World’s Greatest Striker because he couldn’t beat Team V’s strikers. Yoichi is also aware that the only strategies that have any chance of success against Team V are those that force them to the brink of their abilities. Bachira’s dribbling earns praise from Kunigami, who then emphasises the need of trying new things and developing as a team if they want to overcome Team V.
Moreover, he stresses the need of maintaining composure and instead putting all of one’s energy into creating an approach that will succeed in the game. With 65 minutes left, Yoichi tells Raichi to mark Reo to stop him from creating a scoring chance for Nagi. Due to Raichi’s pincer defence, Reo can only pass to Zantetsu, who tries to make space for Nagi. Unfortunately for Zantetsu, Chigiri is fast enough to get a foot on the ball and deflect his pass to Nagi. As luck would have it, Igaguri blocks Nagi’s shot with his face, allowing Bachira to recover and pass off to Kunigami while declaring that the game has changed now that Team Z has awoken.
After being encouraged by Yoichi to go for the goal himself rather than giving the ball to Gagamaru, Kunigami scores a goal for Team Z with a full-power, technically-advanced mid-range shot that generates zero spins. Now that we’ve entered the second half, Team V has fortified its defences against Team Z’s inevitable comeback. Yoichi missed a golden opportunity to score, and Nagi criticised him for it, saying that he should give up soccer because of his skill level. Instead of engaging in idle chatter, Yoichi informs Nagi that he is almost at the exciting point when he will be able to develop his own unique formula for spatial awareness.
Back at base, Jinpachi and Anri are keeping a close eye on the action between Team Z and Team V from behind the screen. Indeed, as Jinpachi had anticipated, the members of Team Z have started to wake up. As opposed to Anri’s ridiculous comparison of awakening to fighting Super Saiyans, he compares it to putting together a jigsaw puzzle using the player’s memories and ideas. That is to say, when the player finally comes to, they will also find out who they really are. Once again immersed in the action, Yoichi sees that he may position himself advantageously to score, but that his fears hinder him from really doing so. Yoichi thinks he needs to make more of an effort and stop squandering chances to score.
On the other side, after being continually provoked by Raichi, Reo is shown a yellow card for elbowing him. Before the episode concludes, Chigiri outwits Zantetsu with his new strategy of running outside of his opponent’s region and scores another goal for Team Z.
