In the chapter’s last scene, the CP0 surveyed the population and determined that hostilities had already begun. And the war’s opening conflict pitted Luffy against Rob Lucci.

The devastation to Atlas will become apparent to Luffy in the meanwhile. But in order to escape the conflict, he will turn back to Lucci. Vegapunk is expected to enter the battle soon.
Here, he’ll provide his opinion on Luffy’s new appearance. The doctor will look at all this conflict and declare that life is more exciting now than it ever has been.
