[Latest] Spoilers for Kaguya-sama: Love Is War Anime Movie, Release Date Announced Read Online

Kaguya-Sama: Love Is War, an anime film previously slated for a limited release in the United States in a few months, has now been set for a general release in February 2023. The official website and the Aniplex Twitter account both shared the news of the film’s impending US release. In addition to the news, a trailer for the film was also released on the Aniplex YouTube account.

Continuing the Drama from Season 3’s Closing Episode, Kaguya-sama: Love Is War Movie
Anime studio A-1 Pictures adapted Aka Akasaka’s manga Kaguya-sama: Love Is War into the TV series Kaguya-sama: Love Is War. Originally serialised in 2015’s Miracle Young Jump, the manga began appearing in Weekly Young Jump in March 2016. Miyuki Shirogane and Kaguya Shinomiya are the show’s protagonists. They are the President and Vice President of the prestigious Shuchiin Academy.

It’s not long until Miyuki and Kaguya develop romantic emotions for one another, but the two are both too proud to admit it. Instead, they come up with ever more elaborate plans to get each other to admit guilt.

Kaguya-sama: Love Is War was revealed in June, shortly after the Season 3 conclusion, in case you missed it. Titled Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: First Kiss wa Owaranai, this film has a very romantic ring to it (Kaguya-sama: Love Is War: The First Kiss Never Ends in English). This film is based on the manga arc of the same name, which occurs after the third season. It was recently revealed that the film would have its theatrical debut in Japan in December, to be followed by a broadcast on Japanese television.

Date Set for U.S. Anime Film Debut of “Kaguya-sama: Love Is War”
Lucky fans were able to see a sneak peek of the film at the just-finished Anime NYC event, although only the first third or so. While the entire film hasn’t been seen just yet (as filming is still underway), Kaguya-sama: Love Is War will be released in theatres across the United States in February 2023. It appears from the phrasing of the announcement that the film would only be showing in select cinemas for a brief period of time.

Anime movies like “One Piece Film: Red” and “Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero,” both of which were recently released in the United States, were shown at several venues. The film may soon be made available on streaming sites for people who are unable to see it in theatres. After all, it’ll air on Japanese television, but it’s unclear if it will be presented in movie theatres or as individual episodes.
