Kaguya-Sama, the Love is War movie, has released a new trailer with an original theme song. A-1 Pictures has unveiled the trailer for Kaguya-sama: Love is War – The First Kiss That Never Ends as the film’s December 22nd release date draws nearer. Love is Show, the film’s primary theme song is included in the trailer. Masayuki Suzuki, the movie’s composer, performs it once again, this time with new collaborator Reni Takagi of Momoiro Clover Z.
Before making its debut on television, the film will have a limited theatrical run. Although the premiere date has not been revealed on TV adaptation, viewers of the franchise may anticipate its debut in the near future.
Based on the story arc The First Kiss Never Ends, the film picks up immediately after the events in Season 3. Given that chapters 142-151 make up the manga’s fourteenth arc, the movie should have little trouble keeping up with the story’s pacing. Kaguya Shinomiya and Miyuki Shirogane’s romance will be the subject of the next arc. They need to put their pride aside now that they’ve kissed and work to communicate and share their sentiments with each other.
Hollywood’s adaptation of Kaguya-sama: Love is War will debut stateside in 2023
Aniplex of America has announced that on February 22, 2023, they would premiere the film adaptation of Kaguya-sama: Love is War – The First Kiss That Never Ends in select cinemas across the United States. The actual date of release and the places of screenings will likely be disclosed later this year.
Since it was not made clear in the announcement whether the film will be distributed in its original Japanese or in English dub, it is likely that both versions will be made available. An announcement for an English dub release should be made far in advance of the movie’s actual release date.
