Is it going to go Choso’s way? This is still uncertain at this time.
Nonetheless, the situation is about to change dramatically. The next section will pick up right where the last one ended. Fighting between Choso and Kenjaku will go on. However, Kenjaku will be in jeopardy since Choso will get useful abilities from his ancestors’ deaths. However, this will not deter Kenjaku from developing a novel strategy to vanquish Choso.
Recap!
In the previous chapter of Jujutsu Kaisen, Choso felt the love and encouragement of his younger brothers. He was reassured by Yuji, Kechizu, and Eso that they would back him up in his battle against Kenjaku. Choso, overcome with emotion, sought comfort from them before striking Kenjaku with the cursed technique. The former saw that the initial velocity of Piercing Blood was its highest and that it lost its lethality as the adversary adapted to it. And with regards to The Death Painting Womb, he switched to a different tactic and began following Kenjaku about.
Later, Choso poisoned his adversary with the might of the Wing King, the ultimate Rot Technique of Eso. Even after taking heavy damage from Choso, Kenjaku kept on casting Piercing Blood. While fighting Choso on the ground, he protected himself with the help of his less powerful cursed spirits. Kenjaku, on the other hand, thought Eso’s ability was somewhat less effective than its Piercing Blood. Since he was the Rot Technique’s progenitor, he also informed the Death Painting Womb that it was pointless. Later on, he teased Choso, thinking that the latter hadn’t come anywhere near Eso’s skill. However, Choso stated that he was battling for Kechizu’s independence, Yuji’s might, and Eso’s charm. Later on, Kenjaku was taken aback when Choso used his severed arm as a grappling hook to seize Kenjaku. Later, he was able to reconnect his arm and deliver a devastating blow to the adversary.
