New ‘School for Good and Evil’ Trailer, Cast, Synopsis, Release Date & Everything you need to know

Time is running out till Netflix’s The School for Good and Evil, a terrifying treat perfect for the Halloween season, is released. The streamer has dropped a new clip, and in it, we finally get our first look at the school and all the monsters, heroes, and villains that study and work there. Both Agatha’s (Sophia Wylie) difficulties adjusting and Sophie’s (Sophia Anne Caruso) development are shown in the film. An emerging rivalry between the two erstwhile pals is also shown.

It gives us an excellent glimpse at the school’s other grads, and the Paul Feig segment appears to be appealing and lots of fun to watch. In his latest picture based on Soman Chainani’s writings, director Paul Feig transports audiences to a surreal setting. In addition to Laurence Fishburne as the School Master and Michelle Yeoh as Professor Emma Anemone, the film also features the voices of Charlize Theron as the villain’s instructor Lady Lesso and Kerry Washington as the heroes’ instructor Professor Dovey. The new trailer, as well as the rest of the advertising material, showcases the brilliant cast to great effect.

The first photographs from The School for Good and Evil have been released, and they show that Feig and Chainani have spared no effort to ensure that the film will please the series’ legion of readers. Sophie and Agatha, two outsiders who become best friends, are the protagonists of The School for Good and Evil. While Sophie hopes to one day become a princess, Agatha already has all the characteristics of a powerful sorceress. By a fortunate turn of circumstances, they have arrived at the academy that prepares both heroes and villains to keep the cosmos in equilibrium. Sophie is sent to the School of Evil, led by the sultry Lady Lesso, while Agatha is sent to the School of Good, where the genial Professor Dovey is in charge.

We follow the two as they go through a school year and into a perilous adventure that tests their friendship and prepares them for maturity. Feige collaborated with Laura Solon and David Magee on the script. Feige, Joe Roth, Jane Startz, Jeffrey Kirschenbaum, and Feigco’s Laura Fischer are all producers of the film. Meanwhile, executive producers include Chainani, Zack Roth, and Patricia Riggen. Mark Heap, Jamie Flatters, Freya Parks, Kit Young, Peter Serafinowicz, Rachel Bloom, and Patti LuPone also star in the production.
On October 19, Netflix will debut The School for Good and Evil.
