Nickelodeon has released the first trailer for their new live-action series The Really Loud House, so please lower the level on your speakers. The new comedic series, which is based on the Emmy-winning animated series The Loud House, premieres on Thursday, November 3 at 7 p.m. (ET/PT). Lincoln Loud (Wolfgang Schaeffer), played by a young actor, is the show’s protagonist. Lincoln is one of 10 sisters in a very large and loud family. He and his best buddy, Clyde McBride (Jahzir Bruno), set off on exciting new adventures in Royal Woods while juggling the mayhem of Clyde’s overbearing family.
The original idea for the live-action series stemmed from the smash hit live-action movie A Loud House Christmas, which aired in November 2021 and went on to become the year’s most popular kids’ entertainment programme overall among youngsters aged 6 to 11. Over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, the picture was seen by an estimated 3,1 million people. Fans of the film, which is now streaming on Paramount+, may recognise a few more members of the Loud family in addition to Schaeffer and Bruno, who are reprising their roles from A Loud House Christmas.
All of the original cast members from the live-action series are back for the new season, including Sophia Woodward as Luna Loud, Aubin Bradley as Lucy Loud, Ella Allan as Lola Loud, Mia Allan as Lana Loud, Lexi Janicek as Lisa Loud, Lexi DiBenedetto as Lori Loud, Catherine Ashmore Bradley as Luan Loud, Brian Stepanek as their father Lynn Loud Sr., and more. Actors Eva Carlton (Leni Loud), Annaka Fourneret (Lynn Loud), August Michael Peterson (Lily Loud), and Jolie Jenkins (Mother Rita Loud) are joining the real-life Loud family for the first time in The Really Loud House. Lincoln and Clyde’s intentions to stay up late to watch the RIP Hardcore Midnight Marathon become derailed in the pilot episode of The Really Loud House, titled “The Macho Man with the Plan,” when Lincoln’s father sets a curfew.
The boys devise a scheme to celebrate Dad’s half-birthday by sneaking him out of the home with the help of the Loud sisters. Lisa’s malfunctioning robot throws a wrench in their well-laid plans, leaving Lincoln to contemplate what it means to be a good man. Michael Rubiner, Jonathan Judge (A Loud House Christmas, Warped!, Life in Pieces), and Tim Hobert (The Middle, Scrubs, Community) serve as executive producers for The Really Loud House (The Loud House).
Hobert not only acts as director of the pilot but also as a showrunner. Executive in Charge of Production at Nickelodeon is Brittany Cope, while Co-Heads of Nickelodeon & Awesomeness Live-Action Shauna Phelan and Zack Olin are in charge of the show’s production at Nickelodeon Studios. The Loud House, one of Nickelodeon’s longest-running animated programmes (it now has 176 episodes), has been renewed for a seventh season. In addition to the 2016 film and the anticipated live-action series, the Loud Family has since appeared in a comic book series, novels, a digital album, and even a podcast called Listen Out Loud. The Really Loud House, a live-action series, will have its world premiere on Thursday, November 3 at 7 p.m. (ET/PT).
