Release Date and Behind-the-Scenes Photos for Season 3 of “The Boys”‘ Blooper Reel

The official Boys’ Twitter account has a message for its followers. On September 2, they told fans to expect the bloopers from Season 3 by sharing a narrative of two behind-the-scenes images. In the first, Karl Urban is shown drinking from a Vought International mug while giving the camera a sly grin, while in the second, Jensen Ackles is seen looking upwards while portraying his character, Soldier Boy. “Bloopers hittin your feeds on Monday [September 26],” the caption says. On September 2, 2018, in typical cheeky fashion, they informed followers that they had obtained the film and would now “need to filter through, edit, run up the flagpole, the easy peasy stuff.”

The cast of the first two seasons may be seen goofing around, saying the wrong lines on purpose, fumbling through set pieces, joking with each other, and generally having a good time in the blooper reels known as The Boys’ F**k Ups. Fans will get to watch new individuals get wrapped up in the behind-the-scenes hijinks thanks to new characters like Ackles’ Soldier Boy, however, it remains to be seen what specific bloopers will be featured in the third season’s F**k Ups. Critics and viewers alike have been raving about the 2019 Prime Video debut, The Boys.

The show centres on “The Boys,” a gang that fights against those who misuse their superpowers, and “The Supes,” a group of superheroes who have gained widespread public popularity and work for Vought International, a company that advertises and profits off of Supes and their capabilities. The Seven was the name of Vought’s primary superhero team until the third season’s finish when the team had been reduced to its current roster of three members. Season 3 cast includes: Jensen Ackles as Soldier Boy; Laurie Holden, Sean Patrick Flanery, Joel Labelle, Ryan Blakely, Jack Doolan, and Kristin Booth as former members of Soldier Boy’s group Payback; Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Laz Alonso, Tomer Capone, and Karen Fukuhara as members of The Boys; Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Dominique McElligott, Jessie T. Usher, Cha. The Boys, Seasons 1-3, and the Season 3 blooper reel will be available on A Prime Video on September 26.
