Asta obviously needs help getting pumped up for his fight against Lucius, and Ichika Yami appears to be the ideal guide. But right now, she seems to really dislike Asta, and she even claims she doesn’t like men like him.

Details Revealed in Black Clover Chapter 338
Asta begins the chapter by inquiring how he can get back home. Referencing Lucius’ seven-day countdown, Ryuudou assures him that he should not fear because Lucius will not act any time soon. When Asta inquires as to the meaning of the word “Shogun,” he explains that it is equivalent to the title of “Wizard King” in the Clover Kingdom. Asta is taken aback by this news because he has never experienced any magical abilities from Ryuudou. The Tsundere woman becomes enraged and starts calling him a foreigner. The trio takes a walking tour of the city, where Asta discovers that sorcery is practised rather than magic and scrolls are used in place of grimoires.
Prior to the bandits’ onslaught on the town, Ryuudou relocates two innocent bystanders. Asta is curious as to whether or not the two bystanders were rescued due to a coincidence or thanks to Ryuudou’s omniscient gaze. The bandits begin insulting Shogun, calling him “weak,” and Asta doesn’t sense any improvement in his KI. Even Ryuudou concedes that he can’t do magic. But then the Tsundere girl walks in, and we learn her name is Ichika Yami. Asta is taken aback by her sudden KI improvement when she quickly dispatches the robbers. A lot of people in the crowd are cheering for her.
Ryuudou tells Sukehiro Yami that his focus should be on Ichika Yami and the seven dragons if he wants to grow in strength, as she is Sukehiro’s younger sister. But as soon as Asta gets within touching distance, she grabs his head and shoves him away, warning him not to be so casual in his approach. She informs Asta that she despises guys like Ryuudou, even if he is directly aiding him.
