The highly anticipated (and divisive) new film Don’t Worry Darling gets a brand new Dolby poster. The premiere date, September 23, 2022, will be for the film’s limited theatrical distribution. The latest poster for the forthcoming suspense film Don’t Worry Darling has arrived, and it’s just as enticing as the previous ones. In the new promotional artwork, we see Florence Pugh’s Alice being cradled by Harry Styles’ Jack. It’s a headshot of the two of them. Alice, fear on her face, peers up and out of the picture.
The poster’s message, “quiet is security,” only serves to heighten the viewer’s unease. The poster accurately portrays the film’s eerie, Stepford Wives-esque atmosphere. The film follows Alice and Jack, a lucky couple who get to live in Victory, an experimental village that is home to guys involved in the top-secret Victory Project. Alice and Jack’s lives seem flawless, with the firm taking care of all of their needs. Total dedication to the organisation is the sole cost. But soon enough, fissures in their carefully constructed lives disclose some really unsettling realities.
Alice starts to have doubts about the truth of her picture-perfect existence. A new Dolby poster has been revealed in anticipation of the film’s premiere later this month. The combination of Dolby Vision’s stunning visuals and Dolby Atmos’s enveloping audio creates a true one-of-a-kind cinematic experience in Dolby Cinema. Dolby Cinema was created to improve the cinematic experience, and it will do just that for Don’t Worry Darling. The screenplay for Don’t Worry, Darling was written by the Van Dyke brothers, Carey and Shane. Katie Silberman authored the screenplay.
This is Olivia Wilde’s second time behind the camera; her first feature, 2019’s critically acclaimed Booksmart, was also directed by Wilde. Having No Fear Darling has been met with controversy over its development and its presentation at the Venice Film Festival, where it played to mixed reviews from reviewers. However, the new Dolby poster encourages spectators to make up their own minds by providing a window into the world of Victory and all of its enshrouded mysteries. On September 23, 2022, Don’t Worry Darling will have its world debut.
