The head of the Quagoan horde has announced that his army has discovered a way around the Great Rift and is preparing to storm the city. Gondo’s reaction to this news suggests he is taken aback, and he may turn to Ains for assistance in Season 4, Episode 6 of “Overlord” in his struggle against the approaching enemy.
Demiurge went back to the Great Tomb of Nazarick in the prior episode to consult with Ains on a strategy to overthrow the Slane Theocracy.
