Fans of Cobra Kai will be treated to two shows in September! Season 4 will be released on DVD on September 13th, Sony Pictures Television has confirmed. They released a deleted scene from the season ahead of time. A blooper reel and a “Karate Dad” film will also be included in the special features. Daniel introduces a small group of Miyagi Do students about what to anticipate in the All Valley competition near the beginning of the deleted scene. He’s the one who takes Chris up to the ring first. Chris’s session ends abruptly, and he’ll feel the effects the next day. Next, Daniel will be working with Nate and Demetri on their skills. In the same vein as Chris, they’re short-lived, too. Despite Daniel’s best efforts, the gang gets progressively dejected after Demetri’s turn.
There are still Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) and Daniel LaRusso (30+ years after the events of The Karate Kid) feuding in Cobra Kai, which takes place 30+ years after the events of The Karate Kid. Viewers were introduced to the two senseis Johnny and Daniel in their last appearance when they teamed up to take on the Cobra Kai combo of Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith) and John Kreese (Martin Kove) in the All Valley Tournament. Both Johnny and Daniel’s dojos were beaten by Cobra Kai at the end of Season 4. To keep Cobra Kai at bay, they had to close the doors of their dojos. There will be a direct continuation from where Season 4 ended.
Because of Terry Silver’s defection, Cobra Kai has grown to include multiple dojos throughout the valley, making him the chief sensei. No matter if Miyagi Do isn’t working, Daniel isn’t going to back down. With the support of ex-nemesis Chozen on his side (Yuji Okumoto). The search for Miguel (Xolo Mariduea), Johnny’s father-in-law, continues as he and Robby (Tanner Buchanan) hit the road. On Cobra Kai, you can see Zabka, Macchio and more. You can also see Kove and Buchanan. You can also see Mariduea and Okumoto. You can also see Jacob Bertrand. You can see Gianni DeCenzo. You can see Mary Mouser. You can see Vanessa Rubio and Dalla Dupree Young.
Alicia Hannah-Kim will play Kim Da-Eun, a new sensei hired by Silver in the forthcoming season. Creators Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg were inspired by Robert Mark Kamen’s original characters to develop the television series. Along with Hurwitz and Schlossberg, executive producers on the film include Heald and Macchio as well as Susan Ekins and Caleb Pinkett. Netflix will debut the fifth season of Cobra Kai on September 9.
