Yusuke Murata’s stunning performance in One-Punch Man has recently captivated the world’s attention. Last but not least, in terms of action scenes, the author has set the bar high for all manga creators. It’s become a tradition for the fight between Saitama and Garou to have stunning artwork, and Chapter 168 is no exception.
One Punch Man: Chapter 168 Spoilers
Finally, in the most recent chapter, Garou unleashes the Gods’ full strength on Saitama. Using the “Copycat” method, the Hero Hunter understands that he is no match for Saitama. He mimics Saitama’s moves and lands a couple of strikes on The Capded Baldy. For a time, Saitama and Garou were on an equal footing in terms of strength, but Saitama continued to improve with each assault. Garou has come to terms with the truth that he would never be able to defeat Saitama, even after taking God’s abilities. During the battle, the cape-clad hero’s abilities surge, and Garou sees the bald monster’s full might. In this chapter, Saitama’s primary concern is losing his costume.
Saitama’s sneeze, that was powerful enough to destroy Jupiter, was the most startling portion of One-Punch Man Chapter 168. While Garou is fortunate to avoid Saitama’s “Serious Sneeze” strike, it’s clear that the Hero Hunter has no choice but to flee. Despite Garou’s best efforts, he is surprised to find that Saitama has followed him. After being sick, Saitama farted, which provided him with the boost he needed to catch up to Garou. YES! The real heroes of this chapter were Saitama’s sneeze and fart. When Saitama returns to Earth, he defeats Garou and puts a stop to the conflict, but he declines to murder the Hero Hunter in the process.
After seeing Tareo laying dead on the ground, Garou understands that the person he was trying to save by changing the universe is no longer with him, and he weeps in sorrow. “Ominous future” may now be defeated thanks to the Hero Hunter. When he orders Saitama to mimic his moves, the Caped Baldy is sent back in time. Saitama went back in time to the period when Genos and other heroes were still alive, and Garou had just gained God’s strength from God.
Saitama strikes a strong blow on Garou’s face in a matter of seconds, and he is defeated. As his future and present bodies (or mind) merge, Saitama loses any recollection of his time travel or his encounter with Garou on Jupiter’s moon. Trying to figure out how Saitama’s time travel caused an altered chronology is a difficult task. Saitama defeats Garou in this new reality before the radiation of the Hero Hunter kills countless people on Earth.
