In the Culling Game, Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 190 delivers one of the most significant payoffs to yet. Many manga readers have been anticipating Maki and Toge’s comeback ever since Yuta’s storyline ended. This expectation was only heightened by Panda’s appearance in the Tokyo No. 2 Colony arc. This chapter also covers the return of the Kyoto students in addition to Maki’s comeback. After the conclusion of the conflict between Hakari and Kashimo, the manga shifts to a new colony.
Unfortunately, there has been no word on the whereabouts of Miwa or Todo. The third jackpot was used by Hakari to cure himself in the previous episode. Hakari threw Kashimo into Tokyo Bay, where he knew he would be exposed to the electric Cursed Energy. Chlorine gas was used by Kashimo to try to put an end to Hakari’s life, but it had no effect. Unknown to Kashimo, she unleashed an explosion in the sea with a new technique. Chapter 190 of Jujutsu Kaisen is titled “Tokyo No. 2 Colony” (Part 9).
When the explosion took place, Kashimo explained it away by releasing all of his Cursed Energy at the same moment. However, Hakari arrives before Kashimo and knocks him out, despite Kashimo’s best efforts. Despite Kashimo’s best efforts to disable Hakari’s Domain Expansion with an explosion, Hakari was able to shield himself with the Infinite Cursed Energy, sacrificing his left arm in the process.
It is explained to Hakari that Kashimo’s Cursed Technique can only be activated once; the technique is being held back for Sukuna. By promising to battle Sukuna if Kashimo aids them, Hakari gains their cooperation.
After that, they stumble upon Panda, who appears to have recovered his health by shrinking down his former body and transferring its core into it. On the condition that Kashimo fights Sukuna later, Hakari coerces Panda into making the deal with him. It is shown that Charles is still alive when he returns to the scene of the fight. As it turns out, Hakari has enlisted him as well.
The reappearance of Maki
When Momo Nishimiya interrupts the conversation, she reminds them that they are attempting to create four new rules:
In order to keep the Curse tactic from being removed, players can transfer points between one other to amass points.
In return for 100 points, current players can swap places with a non-player who becomes a player.
Allow colony-to-colony contact.
Make it possible for colonists to enter and depart.
According to Nishimiya, the participation of Ui Ui and Maki will allow them to put off enacting rule no.3 for a time. Nishimiya responds to Hakari’s question about why Maki is able to enter and exit colonies at will by saying that she has become a monster. Chapter 190 of Jutsu Kaisen takes place two days after the catastrophe at Tokyo No. 2 Colony, in Sakurajima Colony on November 14. As Maki makes her way through a maze of Curses, we can see her determination. Mai, the sword her sister left behind, is being used by her. When Noritoshi Kamo arrives, he tells that he has been exiled from the Kamo clan since someone else has taken the helm.
Maki is instructed by Noritoshi to locate Ui Ui and then leap to another colony in order to aid the sorcerers inside. A bug-like curse arises in the air above their colony and both pupils become aware of it. If Hakari is still able to utilise his Domain even after losing his arm, or how Panda managed to repair himself, it’s not evident from this chapter. He struck a bargain with Kenjaku 400 years ago, which is why Kashimo has agreed to join Hakari and attack Sukuna. Why Hakari let Charles survive is a mystery because Akutami has not said how many points Charles has. It suggests, however, that Hakari’s disposition is more like Yuji’s than Megumi’s or Yuta’s.
When it comes to coercing Yuji into taking on Kashimo, he’s even more clever. Even if Yuji’s survival is improbable, he is prepared to put himself in harm’s path if it serves a greater good. The introduction of Maki in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 190 marks a watershed moment in the series. While she lacks the Cursed Energy of Toji, she is now on a par with him. In the Culling Game, she is exempt from the rules, and as such, she is free to break them to her heart’s content.
She is able to enter and exit colonies at will since she does not have any Cursed Energy, and because she does not have a Cursed Technique, she cannot be made into a player. This may also imply that Maki would be forced to let someone else strike the ultimate blow in order to win a point for herself. On the basis of Nishimiya and Mei’s statements, Ui Ui probably has some kind of teleportation or spatial method. A sorcerer may use Maki’s magic powers to move her across the colonies, allowing her to gather information and aid the sorcerer in each one. Nishimiya looks to be in charge of a significant portion of the business. While Miwa has been gone from the story thus far, it is hoped she will return in the next episode or so.
