According to their plans, they will develop a digital experience that will “provide kids with access to tools that will empower them to become confident creators and present fantastic play opportunities in a secure and pleasant environment.”
Epic Games and Xbox said on Monday that the charity drive, which raised $144 million within a two-week period, had come to an end. The companies had pledged to donate all Fortnite earnings to Ukraine’s humanitarian assistance operations.
A total of four humanitarian relief organisations will benefit from the money: Direct Relief, the United Nations Children’s Fund, the United Nations World Food Programme, and the United Nations Refugee Agency.
