Boruto Chapter 67 Spoilers
The popular Twitter handle ‘OrganicDinosaur’ has already released the first spoilers for Boruto chapter 67 online. The report claims that the title of Boruto chapter 67 will be “Rift,” and the colour cover will star Ada. Naruto rushes up to Boruto, who is still asleep and seriously injured from the battle with Kawaki in the previous episode. Claw marks rip the earth as Code pushes Shikamaru away from him in fury during their argument. As Kawaki watches, Code’s Claw Marks begin to decrease, making it impossible for him to escape.
Code is surprised when they shrink to the point where he can’t travel through them. As Code approaches, Kawaki unleashes a devastating strike from the black rods that pierced Boruto, followed by a forceful kick to the chest. When Naruto asks “Why is this happening?” Shikamaru continues to comfort Boruto while he tries to persuade Naruto to snap out of it. That’s when Shikamaru starts shouting at Naruto that the battle isn’t finished and that they can’t let Code getaway after all that has occurred.
As Code and Kawaki approach each other, Kawaki unleashes a unique assault from his left palm, causing Code’s shoulder to swell. Code dodges and digs into the Claw Marks on his face, resulting in a massive explosion. When the haze clears, we see Kawaki lying on his back, his arms and legs crossed, still and unresponsive. It is then shown that Daemon has emerged from Code’s skull, but only to his thigh, through Ada’s Claw Marks. This shocks Ada, who tries to hide her disbelief from the Claw Marks. Trying to shove Daemon back into the Claw Marks, Code informs him that the war is finished and that they can speak about it later.
If Kawaki has been gravely injured by Code, Ada will “absolutely not allow you [Code] get away with it,” she clutches her sleeve and yells. A pulse check and Ada’s assurance that “your Prince is alive” are the only things Code has to say as he places his palm on Kawaki’s face. When the Claw Marks are out of sight, Code and Daemon can make their getaway. Kawaki has to be dealt with, either by punishment or death. Shikamaru is yelling at Naruto now. When Boruto’s hand begins to move, Naruto begins to argue back.
As Naruto sobs, Boruto slowly rises to his feet, a black karma mark covering the gaping wound in his chest. It is revealed that Momoshiki has utilised the remaining 18 per cent of components that were intended to go for his reincarnation (healing and reviving Boruto) in order to save Boruto from death. There is a lot of back & forth between the two, with Momoshiki warning that his death would be his last and that he has become a “ripe live sacrifice for the Jyuubi.” The image then shifts to Ada and Code sitting around a table, conversing. There are no Claw Marks within the town, so Ada wonders how they may approach it. At this point Code narrates over Shikamaru: “It’ll be no issue; I’ve already made some plans.”
The chapter raw scans leaked on February 20th may not be faithful to the published source material, so take these spoilers with a grain of salt as always. It’s time for a new episode of your favourite animated series to be released online. Boruto fans will be treated to a new episode of the anime as well as a new chapter of the manga on Sunday, February 20th. Crunchyroll and Hulu aired Episode 237 titled “The Mobile Fortress” at 9 AM GMT only a few minutes ago and it’s currently available for streaming.
