One of Vera’s allies was killed during the Child of God’s assassination mission, and the other higher-up understands her point. The mission has been approved by the Antarctica Front, and the lady reminds Vera of the other Sleepers. If she goes to the Asylum, the Terminator advises her not to make the same mistake again. Vera promises to bring them success. After that, she heads out the door.
The bartender tells Kai she’s heard about Xo as he comes to the pub. She apologises and offers her sympathy. Whether or not the bartender knows the Sleepers is something Kai wonders. The bartender tells the Sleepers were her favourite customers, and they used to come every weekend for a drink. However, even though Xo has died away, they are still her favourites. Kai reveals to her a letter he received from Xo just before he died, which he reads to her. Inquiring as to whether or not the bartender can decode the paper’s code, he wonders. It’s up to the bartender to decipher what those numbers mean. She comes to terms with the fact that Xo never divulged any of his secrets to anybody else. To decipher the codes, Kai wonders who will assist him.
As Hotep and the Black Team escape with the Child of God, El-Cee, Blake is captured by the Red Team. Ron suspects that someone is following him and his companions. Because no one will dare pursue them, Hotep encourages him to relax. Ron reveals that since they have the Child of God, anyone can attack them at any time. El-Cee had no idea what was going on, but she was happy to be carried around by her mother. She opted to sleep on the back of a soldier to get some rest. If Ron has any other ideas for protecting El-Cee, Hotep inquires. There will be three of them going off on their own, Ron says.
If they do that, they won’t have enough men to protect El-Cee, Hotep warns him. To put his mind at ease, Ron tells him to do so. Those who were despatched by the crime boss to find El-Cee arrived at a new place instead. El-location Cee’s has been discovered by the girl with Luca. There are three groups, and they will not know which one Ron intends to attack. Kai and the Sleepers search the HQ for Xo’s secrets. Later, Vera will accompany them on their hunt for their prey. Vera reminds Kai of his responsibilities, and Kai agrees to take them on.
