The episode begins with Denji dreaming about the day Mirei got hurt, and everyone around the hamlet blamed him. Denji took the responsibility and fled the village. Mirei’s mother begged the villager not to make a scene. Denji wakes up and learns that the past is haunting him. From the latest episode of Card Fight Vanguard Season 2, Mirei wakes up in the morning, and Haruko helps her get ready since it is an auspicious day.
They proceeded to the living room and met with the personnel. The butler addressed Haruka and told her about Mirei’s schedule. But they wish to travel with Mirei.
Haruko reminds them about the lesson of playing card games. They recognize that if they talk too much, they would lose. Denji arrives with Ishikame, who assures him that he will get an opportunity to become closer to Mirei. Denji rejects that and says he loves being among kids. Ishikame notices that Denji is shy to confess that he wants to be with Mirei since his dreams have upset him. Mirei heard Denji voice and understood that he knew it; Ishikame talked about obtaining drinks at Ezo. Mirei joins them and questions them about the Ezo region if it is true.

The boys didn’t stop, and he told them that he would first obtain Haruka’s permission to go out with Mirei.
The boys ask Haruko to allow Mirei to go out with Denji. They remind Haruka that Mirei has been happy ever since Denji arrived. Mirei says that she is smiling since they are talking about a date. Haruka reveals that she hopes for Mirei’s happiness, and he can even hand Denji her car. The two head out, but Haruko puts on a recorder inside insisted the car.
They arrived at the station, and Denji talked about purchasing Mirei’s favorite soda and returned home. Mirei has lost her sight ever since childhood, and Denji believes that he is responsible for it. Denji asks them to be quick and returns home since Haruka will be worried. Mirei thinks that it is not fair since they have lately arrived. The two like doing different activities and consuming diverse dishes. Denji talked about eating sweets, and Mirei is scared that Haruka will reprimand her if she consumes too many sweets.
She talked about the secret that Haruka is unaware of, but she has no clues that Haruka is listening to them. Haruka wrote everything that Mirei likes to reward her when she returns. Mirei exposes all her secrets to Denji and what Haruka prohibits her. They also played Vanguard, and Denji is astonished that Mirei is still strong at it even if she can’t see.
