In its original form, World Trigger was a Japanese manga created by Daisuke Ashihara and illustrated. Since 2013, it has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump.
Then in 2018, it was moved to Jump Square. Twenty-three tankobon volumes contain the manga. Viz Media bought the rights to publish the manga in North America.
It takes place in a world populated by monstrous creatures known as Neighbors. When these monsters first arrived, they were trying to get into Mikado City from the outside.
Humans had given up hope that their weapons could defeat the Neighbors, but then a secret group arrived and defeated them. The Border or National Defense Agency is the name of the institution. Yuma Kuga, a humanoid Neighbor, continues to be the focus of the show’s third season.
