According to the official Japanese Twitter account, season five of Hero FES will begin airing in the spring of 2021, announced after Hero FES 2020 took place on October 3, 2020. Season five will start broadcasting in Japan on March 27, 2021, according to a subsequent announcement made on December 18, 2020, at Jump Festa 2021.

According to the official announcement, season 5 of My Hero Academia will consist of a total of 25 episodes. It’s also covering the Joint Training Arc, which will go on for a little longer.
