Readers were introduced to the legendary fighters who served as the cornerstones of Black Dragon’s defenses in the last “Tokyo Revengers” manga edition. Still, their combat prowess will be tested when they face South Terano in Chapter 229.
“Tokyo Revengers” released a new chapter on Tuesday, and it showed the continuous street brawl between Tokyo’s top gangs in the wake of Draken’s sudden death.
The current chapter was released in the United States. “Dynamic Duo” appeared in Chapter 226 and introduced the “Greatest Duo,” who is still regarded as such by the South.
People are perplexed as to why Mikey has been so quiet lately. Haruchiyo Sanzu, meanwhile, yelled “Die Kakucho” and slammed an iron pipe into his face.
Haitani Ran beats Sanzu with a baton while still talking to Kakucho about how much easier it is to fight when one has a weapon. When Rindo saw what had happened, he smirked behind Ran, saying that Sanzu is correct to use combat weapons.
South was impressed and commended Wakasa and Benkei for handily defeating 100 members of the Rukuhara Tandai. Nakamichi asked Senju whether he knew anything about Benkei, who led the Ragnarok gang, which had 600 members and controlled the west half of the region.
The gang was once the largest in the country, and the boss is well-known for leaving battles bloodied. Because of this, Benkei has been given the nickname “Redcliff.”
On the other hand, Senju explained that 12 gangs controlled the eastern portion of Kantou before they joined to form Koudou Renge. Yamauchi “White Leopard” Wakasa, the gang’s president, was the most dreaded figure at the time.
Sano Shinichiro, the leader of the Black Dragon, united the rival gangs and put an end to the bloodshed. Takeomi Akashi claims that Wakasa and Benkei are Japan’s toughest brawlers and are currently fighting for Senju’s Brahman clan.
Benkei appears to be conserving his energy in preparation for his showdown with Mikey, but it seems that he has no choice but to confront South Terano first. Despite this, Wakasa cautioned him not to relax his guard too much because South is considered as strong as Mikey.
It finished with Wakasa and Benkei on their way after Rukuhara Tandai’s South Terano in the last panel.
It’s likely that the next episode of “Tokyo Revengers” will have South Terano going up against Wakasa and Benkei once again. South is influential, but Wakasa is quick and adaptable, according to the leaked sketch. It appears to have been produced by series creator Ken Wakui himself.
South looks to be shot in the upper left area of his shoulder in another leaked sketch that went online a few days ago. It’s still unclear if these drawings are accurate or not.
South Terano, on the other hand, is doomed if these signs are any indication.
Every Tuesday in the United States, a new issue of the manga is released. Spills are available from Friday through Monday, while raw scans are released online on Tuesday.
