A new trailer for Attack on Titan season 4 part 2 has officially confirmed the release date for the rest of the world to see!
The final season of Attack on Titan was the peak of worldwide entertainment in Q1 2021.
It was announced that the anime would return for another season after the airing of episode 75, which aired on March 29th, 2021.
While the announcement was met with joy by fans worldwide, it came as no surprise to most of us. This is because the series hasn’t yet adapted the complete manga, so there’s still plenty of material to draw from.
Attack on Titan: Season 4 Part 2 will be released worldwide on what date?
The release date for Attack on Titan: Season 4 Part 2, which takes place after Part 1.
The second half of Attack on Titan season 4 will air on January 9th, 2022.
After episode 75 in May, the AOT Twitter feed stated that the series would return “This Winter.” There is a confirmation on this page in January 2022 that the massive anime series will enter its final stage
Official confirmation was made today, October 13th, with the release of a new teaser trailer, that the massive series will return to our screens on January 9th, which can be seen below.
Although a particular air date and time have yet to be announced, we can assume that the show will air at the same time as season 4’s first half at 12:45 PM PDT.
Intriguingly, an OAD episode from the viewpoints of many characters will be televised in Japan before the release of Season 4, part 2.
TITAN SEASON 5 IS NOT UNDER ATTACK…
There was some misunderstanding in March when Attack on Titan supporters on social media stated that the show would be returning for season 5.
Season 4 will conclude with a new season, not a prequel. This has been confirmed in an official announcement.
It’s important to remember that Attack on Titan season 4’s promotional campaign referred to it as the “last season.”
It remains to be seen what will happen if future episodes do not adapt the whole manga.
Is Attack on Titan: The Final Chapter the final film in the saga?
There’s just one thing left to do if Attack on Titan season 4 part 2 doesn’t finish adapting the manga: turn the last chapters of the manga into a single big anime film.
While most Attacks on Titan fans do not want the series to end with a movie, there are two reasons why a final film could be the best option.
To begin with, fans largely disliked the manga series’ conclusion, which was published in June. Even with the additional pages contributed by Isayama, the final chapters still left a lot to be desired – something that MAPPA studios will have to solve in the anime.
To provide MAPPA the option of fleshing out the original conclusion or giving the studio enough time to construct their own, season 4 should be concluded with a sufficient number of remaining chapters for a movie to be made.
