Read My Hero Academia season 6 Spoilers, Release Date, Storyline, Summaries, Preview Cast & Much More Update

Studio Bones officially renewed My Hero Academia for a sixth season minutes after the season 5 finale aired last week.

Numerous anime series are accessible to watch and enjoy, and many are regarded as ‘popular’ within the fandom. However, My Hero, Academia is a rare mega-series that can draw in a global audience and garner worldwide attention.

Since its debut in 2016, the smash anime series based on the manga by Kohei Horikoshi has ruled the industry. My Hero, Academia’s season 5 finale is now available for free on Crunchyroll and Funimation.

Thankfully, the series’ production company announced My Hero Academia season 6, so fans may exhale with peace.

IS SEASON 6 OF MY HERO ACADEMIA CONFIRMED?
Season 6 of My Hero Academia was officially announced minutes after the premium user finale aired on Saturday, September 25th!

On the franchise’s Japanese website, a little teaser film was posted, which you can see below.

In light of all the ‘leaks’ that have been going around for the previous 24 hours, many fans were not surprised by this development.

Japan’s Ryokutya2089 website was the first to report that a “production decision” had been taken for season 6 of My Hero Academia.

The popular Twitter blog ‘Atsushi101X,’ a reliable source for franchise news, then released the second big rumor, saying that “My Hero Academia anime season 6 officially confirmed!”

The current Weekly Shonen Jump magazine cover also appeared, showing Shigaraki and Deku having a brief dialogue.

The fight between heroes and villains is drawing close, so Shigaraki vows to destroy everything in his path. “I’ll use everything I have to stop you,” Deku answers.

The availability of source material for the season 5 finale, which adapted up to volume 26, chapter 257 of the original manga series, was the clearest sign of a sixth adventure.

It’s good news that 31 volumes and 326 chapters have been released in Japan since the time of writing. Thus, My Hero, Academia, should be able to continue for a few more seasons.

As for the series itself, My Hero Academia is still one of Studio Bones’ most well-known and valuable properties.

Season 6’s renewal was all but inevitable given the show’s dominance of the Spring/Summer anime schedules and the recent box office success of World Heroes Mission.

The season 6 premiere date is likely to be a concern for many My Hero Academia fans.
