Read Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 2 Spoilers, Release Date, Storyline, Summaries, Preview Cast & Much More Update

Even though Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 2 is still several years away, Square Enix has been open about the upcoming sequel. After years of teasers about the possibility of a resurrected Final Fantasy 7, including Cloud’s infamous appearance at E3 2005 with a PS3 HD tech demo.

Final Fantasy 7 remake’s first chapter will be released in 2020, and Square Enix will finally come full circle to convey the concept. At first, fans were skeptical about the JRPG’s transformation into an episodic series. The publishers, on the other hand, were successful in assuaging readers’ anxieties.

However, despite the publishers’ apparent focus on the PS5-exclusive Final Fantasy 16, rumors about the game’s inevitable sequel have spread.

However, no release date or teaser trailers have been made public. However, this hasn’t stopped the game’s publishers from promoting it at any opportunity.

The first Final Fantasy 7 Remake is scheduled for release in 2020 and will focus on the game’s opening act, which takes place in the hazy downtown Midgar, where the air is thick with the odor of the demon Mako.

Final Fantasy 7’s opening few hours are transformed into a sprawling epic that can take up to 40 hours to complete. Changes as small as adding a new plot twist can have a significant impact.

What direction will the Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 2 take us in? Everything you need to know about the game is right here.

Final Fantasy 7: The New Order, Part 2: When It Comes Out

Part 2 of the Final Fantasy 7 remake won’t be out until 2022, but it’s not out of the question that we get the game sooner. However, given the project’s enormous scope, nothing can be expected, mainly since we know that some of Square Enix’s most significant projects take years and years to prepare.

In June of this year, producer Yoshinori Kitase revealed that planning for the game had begun. As opposed to this, Director Tetsuya Nomura stated in a blog post that work on the project would start in November 2019.

In February 2020, Square Enix’s President Yosuke Matsuda revealed that the postponement of the FF7 remake would not affect the release date of the company’s next game.

The Second Act of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake’s Storyline

The FF7 remake credits begin to roll when the party has left Midgar. This is the point in the game’s original title where FF7 transitions to an open-world adventure that takes players all over the world. Cloud and his companions are tasked with stopping Sephiroth and Shinra from destroying the planet.

Even still, we shouldn’t hold our breath waiting for a carbon duplicate of FF7’s original tale in the sequel. Other new characters were introduced, and several supporting characters had their roles expanded in Part 1 of the remake, which credited the original story.

However, it’s still unclear how the remade Sephiroth, Shinra, and Avalanche characters will differ. We only know for sure that Roche, a fan favorite, will return in the sequel.

Is There Anything New in the Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 2?

It’s been reported that the sequel to Final Fantasy 7 Remake will include various new vehicles. In addition, as the game progresses, players will unlock new cars.

Another plus for deep-diving fans: the second installment will have a bronco airplane as well. And if that’s not enough, a stroller with wheels will be available for some wild excursions.

Chocobo racing, which has appeared in all Final Fantasy games, is well-known to all players. That will remain the case in Part 2.

Finally, let’s discuss FF 7 Remake Part 2’s new fighting system. The game’s developers have greatly improved final Fantasy 7 Remake’s fighting.

We also have Cloud, Barret, Tifa, and Aerith as playable characters. That being said, it’s reasonable to expect to encounter more new and perhaps familiar people in Part 2.

And the fighting system will undergo considerable revisions as well. For example, this includes the Class turn-based combat system, which the game’s director has previously confirmed.

To summarize, Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 2 will incorporate elements from the original game, but many of those elements will be tweaked to provide gamers with a fresh new experience.
