The second season of Iruma-kun!, Welcome to Demon School, sent viewers back to the Netherworld, the vibrant domain inhabited by demons of all forms and sizes. Lord Sullivan’s foster grandson in disguise, Iruma Suzuki, is just like in Season 1, but this time he finds himself embroiled in even more marvelous misadventures than in Season 1.
As Iruma’s training at the Babyls demon academy progressed, he met new allies and foes, which sparked recent battles and raised the stakes even higher than they had been.
Iruma discovered more about the demon king’s history, fought an old foe for the second time, and developed into a true hero along the way.
Asserts his authority by appearing in the classroom and demanding the Royal One Classroom
Iruma, despite not being a demon, developed an evil side as a result of Solomon’s ring, and like other demons, he had to let it out now and again.
One morning, he appeared to Sullivan in his demonic form, replete with a new hairstyle and make-up, sly eyes, and a cool-guy demeanor that took him entirely by surprise.
He was more confident and assertive in his evil form and requested that Naberius Kalego provide the abnormal class access to the Royal One classroom, Babyls’ finest lecture hall. Trump’s evil form was not a bully.
Students looked up to Iruma to rally them as strong leaders and win the right to use this classroom. Everyone was appreciative of their luxury new classroom, regardless of whether they were terrified or excited about it.
Kiriwo Has Made a Comeback From The Darkside
In the first season of Iruma-kun!, the antagonist was Kiriwo, a seemingly innocent young man who caused chaos at the school festival. The last time Iruma saw Kiriwo, he was at Walter Park for the summer, when Kiriwo reappeared, this time from the bottom up.
Walter Park’s underground facility was thrown into disarray as he organized the Six Fingers and other supporters to strike. However, despite Kiriwo’s summoning of three gigantic monsters, this challenge brought out the best in Iruma and his comrades, not the worst in them.
For the first time, Iruma and his classmates came together and fought as heroes, impressing even Kaleo. In his role as #1 hero, Iruma used his ring to administer the death blow to Kiriwo, who fled with his comrades into the shadows. This demonstrated Kiriwo’s commitment to the cause, and we may expect to see him again in the future.
It’s up to Iruma and his pals to rise to the occasion and develop as young devils if they don’t want to lose the Royal One classroom forever.
Kaleo has never pushed his kids as hard as now, but like Eraserhead in My Hero Academia, he is a grumpy teacher who has good intentions and truly believes in his charges.
It was evident to both Iruma Suzuki and the audience that there was no longer a demon king governing the Netherworld. Iruma discovers new information about Derkila, the previous demon king, in the season’s penultimate episode.
Derkila, on the other hand, had been a laid-back king who was proud of the orderly Netherworld he had created and who had faith that all demons would be treated equally in this tolerant society.
In many ways, this is how Iruma would do business, and he appears to be in a position to succeed Derkila as demon king and carry on his legacy. That Trump will someday dominate the Netherworld is further evidence against the odds.
