Read My Hero Academia 6 Spoilers, Release Date, Storyline, Summaries, Preview Cast & Much More Update

Studio Bones officially renewed My Hero Academia for a sixth season minutes after the season 5 finale aired last week.

It’s hard to pick just one ‘popular’ anime series to watch when there are so many good ones out there. However, My Hero, Academia is a rare mega-series that can draw in a global audience and garner worldwide attention.

Since its debut in 2016, the smash anime series based on the manga by Kohei Horikoshi has ruled the industry. My Hero, Academia’s season 5 finale is now available for free on Crunchyroll and Funimation.

Thankfully, My Hero Academia season 6 has already been announced by the series’ production company so that fans may exhale with peace.

IS SEASON 6 OF MY HERO ACADEMIA CONFIRMED?
Season 6 of My Hero Academia was officially announced minutes after the premium user finale aired on Saturday, September 25th!

The news was announced on the franchise’s Japanese website and a teaser video, which you can watch below.

In light of all the ‘leaks’ that have been going around for the previous 24 hours, many fans were not surprised by this development.

Japan’s Ryokutya2089 website was the first to report that a “production decision” had been taken for season 6 of My Hero Academia.

To follow up on the first big announcement, the main Twitter page ‘Atsushi101X’ announced that “My Hero Academia anime season 6 officially confirmed!”

There was a cover of the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine with a short chat between Shigaraki and Deku on it as well.

The conflict between heroes and villains is drawing close, and Shigaraki vows to destroy everything in his path. “I’ll use everything I have to stop you,” Deku answers.

When the fifth season ended with adaptations of the manga up to chapter 257 of volume 26, it was clear that there would be a sixth adventure.

It’s fantastic news that 31 volumes and 326 chapters have been released in Japan since the time of writing. Thus, My Hero, Academia, should be able to continue for several more seasons.

My Hero Academia is still one of the most well-known anime franchises of all time, making it a valuable asset for Studio Bones.

As a result of the anime’s dominance in the Spring/Summer television schedules and the recent box office success of World Heroes Mission, a renewal for season 6 seemed all but certain.

The next thing on fans’ minds is when My Hero Academia season 6 will be available to stream.
