ACST IS SEIREI GENSOUKI: SPIRIT CHRONICLES REGISTERED FOR SEASON TWO AT THIS POINT?
A season 2 renewal of TMS Entertainment’s Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles has not been announced as of this writing.
Fans of the series, on the other hand, should hold out hope that Haruto and his friends will return in a second season since the source material is readily available.
Up to around volume 5 of Yuri Kitayama’s original light book series, Season 1 Episode 12 is anticipated to adapt.
Because 20 volumes of the manga have been released in Japanese as of September 2021, there may be enough material to make four seasons of anime!
Despite some mixed reviews, the show should do well enough with viewers to warrant a second season. Spirit Chronicles: Seirei Gensouki now has a Crunchyroll rating of 3.8/5, an IMDB rating of 7.6/10, and a MyAnimeList rating of 7.14/10; the latter is rated as ‘Good’ with over 33,000 reviews.
One person described the show as “another basic isekai anime that doesn’t accomplish anything unique, except providing the same cliché patterns that most of these programs already provide,” while another said, “This anime is what I live for, I’m so pleased right now. Seasons 2, 3, and 4 please, and thank you.”
