Haikyuu was a manga written by Haruichi Fudate and illustrated by him. It was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine between February 2012 and July 2020 with 402 chapters. Production IG produced the anime adaptation in 2014. At the time of writing, there are 4 seasons. The fifth season of anime is not yet planned.
It is possible, however, that the Haikyuu season 5 premiere date and other curiosities would be revealed at both the end of 2021 or the beginning of 2022. The animated adaptation of the manga was finished in 2020. The general episode 85 entitled “The Promised Land” was aired.
