The current arc of a piece is still at its peak and there is much to keep up. The biggest event was X Drake who was involved in the fight against the captors. He has not revealed his motivation to go against Kedo but we know why he chose Luffy to approve as an ally. X Drake and Coby have talked about Luffy in the past, probably when Coby was training under Garp. He talked about how people feel when they are on Luffy. The conversation between Hawkins and X Drake just before the Queen came to know could have influenced his decision. The foreshadowing of a major character dying during this war.
One Piece Chapter 992 is due out on October 4, 2020, with no delays this week. The latest manga chapter for this manga is available on the Manga Plus site by Shueisha. This chapter will feature more of the small battles leading up to the final battle between Luffy and Kedo. Luffy stopped using his powers until he was up against the boss.
The captors are currently engaged by the Akazaya Samurai. Mink went against the All Might Beast Pirate crew from Zou to help in this fight. He activated Sulong and destroyed most of the captives’ security squad. Jack was able to get rid of many of these minks but the Mink Lords stepped in and proved too strong for Jack. Inu and Neko have a deep affection for Jack and before they can kill Jack, Kaido himself intervenes to go against all the Akazaya Samurai.
He lets them extinguish their fire against them after warning them that they will all be killed here. This is when the kinemon steps up and is cut by fire as if it were nothing. They bite the prisoners on the face which is not very common. Kinemon is particularly keen to take on Kennedy. The Akazaya Samurai have proved themselves to be very strong, but they are unlikely to take Kedo by combining them all. This is because despite being a powerhouse himself, Kaadho is a big party behind it. There is even a chance that some of them do not survive it through it.
